JAG Physical Therapy

I had a torn rotator cuff two years ago and worked with Jag before and after the surgery...with great results ! They are well trained, personable, and enthusiastic. The facility is well equipped and beautiful. I am back now again for Calcific tendinitis in my hip and I am making steady progress...I highly recommend Jag on 116th st.

This is my second time using Jag-One for my physical therapy needs. It's a great place to go for physical therapy. The facility is very clean and modern and the staff are friendly, helpful & knowledgeable as well. Victoria Ruggiero is my physical therapist. She's attentive, knowledgeable, caring & has helped me strengthen my leg substantially. Would highly recommend Jag-One 👍

These guys know their stuff better than the "average" PT practice and you can see the difference after the first couple of times you get therapy. Their techniques are way advanced and unexpected from someone whose been around at other places, trying to find the best possible outcomes. Try them!

I’ve had therapy in other places in Rockaway. Jag is the best by far. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive. It’s easy to schedule and change appointment's. Victoria Ruggerio was great. Everything was expained step by step. Everyone was so helpful, the sessions went smoothly. I highly recommend Jag to anyone that needs therapy.

Great place, great people, simply the best. Very welcoming and friendly therapists, nice atmosphere. From day one you feel like you know everybody and everybody knows you and by name wich makes you feel comfortable and puts you in good mood. The perfect example to this is CHEERS jingle: Where everybody knows your name and they're always glad you came Thanks to the whole team and keep up the good work.

I’m happy to say that from time you walk through the door to the the time you finish pt it’s a positive experience. The receptionists are very accommodating and all of the PT assistants are kind and helpful as well. Jake is my main therapist and does so much to constantly switch things up and challenge my abilities. My orthopedic doctor was impressed with my accomplishments . He’s a great therapist .Evan has also been wonderful as well. I think why this facility deserves 5 stars is also the teamwork. It’s so nice to see how well they work together while treating patients with compassion.
