Office is incredibly disorganized and I found some of the staff to not enjoy their work. I came in for a 9:30AM appointment and when I got there I was turned away due to an insurance issue which I could have been easily notified about over the phone (I gave them my phone number numerous times). I also found that they did not pay attention to me during my appointments, sometimes leaving me on the table without instruction while they left me to work on other patients. However, I trust that things have changed since then.
All physical therapists at Jag PT are very professional and knowledgeable. They make you feel at ease and give the treatment to resolve your problem. Very nice and friendly environment. Thanks to Briana, Jessica, Renata and Suley.

The staff is great, friendly and knowledgeable. They helped my wife and I with our various joint pains. They're also open late on weekdays which is a huge help. I would highly recommend them for your physical therapy needs.
