Jacobo Physical Therapy

I absolutely hands down love this place . The facility is always clean the staff are always so patient and understanding. Now you can always waste your time somewhere else. But you will regret it. They really know what they are doing they are so gentle and considerate of your pain level and they help to make sure you are comfortable. The front receptionist are always smiling and sweet. Even Olga who usually always tends to patients on the phone is always so friendly and that's what I appreciate. The whole environment is very welcoming. I couldn't recommend as more friendlier place that gets the job done and actually helps you to feel better and makes you feel so important. So thank you Jacobi staff.

My wife went here for physical therapy upon the recommendation of her doctor. She was already attending another physical therapy office, so this is pretty much a direct comparison as follows: The staff here have absolutely no idea what they're doing. Apparently the physical therapy regimen is vastly different at Jacobo than pretty much everywhere else where competence isn't an issue. They made no efforts to take any measurements of my wife, or to take into consideration her arthritis, scoliosis or anything her actual doctors have diagnosed. Instead, the prognosis was simply, "stop slouching". Nope, no physical therapy, or tests, or literally anything that would warrant actually being worthy of billing the insurance, because at Jacobo, apparently, their best practices are no practices at all. Thank you for furthering the decline in the medical community; hope you enjoy the insurance payment.

This place isn’t for disabled kids the staff at this place is good but the old lady Ms Jacobo don’t like work with disabled children I’m so sad because she denied service for my disabled child

After I leave the office I feel much better the only thing for me to not give them 5 stars is the main Jet in the pool does not work if this problum was fixed 5 stars all the way..

Amazing staff and they have the tools to help you if you’re serious about getting better. Been going there for 2 years now...much improvement I have a herniated disk in the C6 C7 cervical
