Waited a little over an hour to see the Physical Therapist! When she finally came in I did not feel welcome at all by her or the office manager that walked in with her. When I originally visited the Riverlakes office it was a different story. I wished the first therapist my son saw hadn’t left, he seemed to know a lot! And was kind. My son was not evaluated like I feel he should have so he can continue therapy. Office manager advised me to reach out to his Dr if I wanted to continue PT. Aren’t they the ones to determine he still needs PT since he isn’t walking like he should? They did not even move or touch my son’s foot at all! The only reason I return is so he can continue with his recovery with the PT assistant at Riverlakes location. Disappointed with Downtown’s Therapist and office manager because he too did not have good customer service.

The staff are nice and everything, but when the boss is not present they kind of mess around and talk, leaving you sitting there waiting for the next exercise. It's not entirely horrible, but I definitely don't feel prioritized and spend as much time waiting to be attended to as I do actively engaging with therapy.

I was assigned to this place by my insurance and I would never personally chose to go here for any physical therapy. I did the same exercises every time I was there and I never actually met the main "physical therapist" until the day I was discharged. The staff is very nice and very professional, but I don't think they can give the best care. I do remember heating the main "physical therapist" or "owner" talking loudly on the phone in her office but I very rarely saw her interact with the patients. I did a 45 minute drive twice a week, there and back, while I was unemployed and the gas is not cheap, so in my opinion, the drive and treatment were not worth it.

Our appointment was terrible , the time waiting in the lobby to be called in for evaluation was for nearly 2 hours! Not to mention my husband didn’t even get properly treated for his pain only evaluated because they had to closed the facility. Our appointment was at 3:45pm and we ended up leaving around 6:20 with only an evaluation. Horrible first experience. This review is for the downtown location.

after going for a couple sessions I was left on my own to know what exercise to do next at times I had to wait to do the exercise because someone else was using the equipment no guidance what so ever to help my injury get better

Called office to schedule after authorization by insurance. Was told that I needed to call my insurance due to location being for Utah location.I asked if they could call insurance to rectify location. Never heard back from them even after I had insurance call them.

I've been going here for about 2 years for mutiple body parts that need physical therapy. This place beats all physical therapy places, Terrio, Ginn & giorodano they have 2 locations 1 in the Northwest and 1 downtown on G street. Gracie the owner and the doctor of physical therapist and is very thorough a good listener and very nice. All staff are willing to help. I've made tremendous stride. Thank you jocobo!
