Wally and Sherry are great. They both went above and beyond what was necessary to make us feel at ease (my wife and I had been in a very bad car accident and had serious whiplash issues). Wally is exceptional and highly knowledgeable in his field. He spent three hours assessing our injuries and recommending exercises to help us to make a full recovery. He has unlimited patience. Sherry is very professional, very friendly and very helpful. She understood our concerns regarding Covid mask wearing and made us feel very welcome. We would highly recommend Wally and Sherry to anyone requiring top quality physical therapy.

I had the unfortunate experience of being rear-ended by a Mack truck recently. I was left with neck, shoulder and back issues that made even the simplest of tasks hard to do. Between the trauma of the accident and body pain I was a wreck. From the moment I walked into Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy my mind was put at ease. Sherry at the front desk was so kind and personable that I immediately felt comfortable. She went above and beyond to solve problems that came up with insurances. Dr. Walter (Wally)Neuberger is the best! He takes the time to explain exactly what's going on with your body. His knowledge, expertise and gentle way immediately made me feel like I was in capable hands. I am fortunate enough to see both Wally and Karen for my treatment. Karen keeps me pushing forward. She is great at what she does and manages to make me laugh in the process! I highly recommend Ivyrehab. The entire team has made my healing process a positive experience.

I was given a referral for PT by my primary care physician in hopes that it would help with pain I have been experiencing during pregnancy. I was initially very apprehensive about seeing a male provider while being pregnant as I have had some negative experiences in the past. I can’t say enough great things about my experience here with Wally (and Sherry). He was gentle, kind and creative in coming up with new exercises to help me heal. I am very thankful for the compassionate care that I received here and would 10/10 recommend to anyone in need of PT. From my first phone call with Sherry straight through to my last visit I felt welcomed and genuinely cared for. Thank you both so much!

Today was my first visit with Ivy Having new insurance can be problematic. Sherry is the Patient Coordinator, she did a great job taking the information needed. Sherry was updating me as she received the information we needed to move forward. I was greeted with a smile from a new intern with paperwork ready to go. Sorry for not remembering her name. Walter, is the director and owner. He also gave me a very nice welcome. He spent sometime gathering information and did a great job explaining each step of my treatment. I found Walter to be very knowledgeable and made me very comfortable. Looking forward to next visits and great results. I’ve been to other facilities in Mass and I would highly recommend Ivy for your rehab needs.

4 stars for sure. The facility is clean, the equipment is extensive and the therapists are highly knowledgeable, caring and professional. My problem was thoroughly assessed, worked through, and I was given print outs of exercises to do at home. The discomfort I had has depleted considerably and I can now maintain at home. I highly recommend Ivy Rehab.

Wally is extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind. I was a bit anxious about having my neck treated, but realized within my first visit how gentle Wally is. I also appreciate the way that he explains everything that he is doing. My husband is also being treated and we would both highly recommend him!!

Went for first visit today and exceeded any expectations I had. Everyone was super friendly. Sherry greeted with inviting attitude and Karen went above and beyond. Highly recommend to all!
