After dealing with a weak shoulder for a number of years, a kayaking accident two and a half years ago left my shoulder injured. It wasn’t until this March that I finally decided to seek help from a physical therapist, and choosing Ivy Rehab has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I had a total knee replacement 1 month ago. I chose Ivy Rehab A) Reviews & B) Their hours, as they offer later appointments. I am sooooo glad I did. Michael & Jennah are AMAZING!!! They genuinely care, very friendly, answers all of my questions and explains. Plus they give me exercises to do at home. Ivy Rehab has a lot of different exercise equipment. Jennifer at the front desk greets you and super friendly. 12 sessions so far and I'm starting to enjoy life again thanks to them encouraging and pushing me. I HIGHLY recommend!!!

All of the therapists were outstanding. They took time to get to know me and treated me as an individual. My son had been a patient there as well for his athletic injuries from playing football. So when I started having back issues of my own, from taking care of my other son with special needs, my first call was to Ivy Rehab. They made me feel just as important for my non athletic injuries as they had with my son's sports injuries. Everyone on the staff as well as the therapists were personable and extremely knowledgeable. I received excellent treatment and personalized care. They gave me exercises and care to continue a healthier lifestyle for the future.

Highly recommend !!! I attended for physical therapy and have been so impressed with the whole experience. Aubrey was so helpful and flexible with working with me on scheduling appointments. Michael was so attentive and insightful on my therapy program. Jenna performed a procedure called "Dry Needling" to treat muscle tissue and restored function in my leg. They worked together and gave me guidance for things to do at home and really cared about me as an individual. I highly recommend this facility and encourage people who need physical therapy to not just assume they have to use the provider they are assigned to. See if your insurance will allow you to go to Ivy. The personal care is a game changer. Plus, they have a nice variety of equipment, the facility is always very clean and has plenty of room to space out. Would give them more stars if I could.

I cannot speak highly enough of Michael and Jenna at Ivy Rehab. I have had terrible, debilitating shoulder pain for decades and have been to countless physical therapists, acupuncturists, pain doctors, masseuses, surgeons, dry needlers, etc. over the years. Michael and Jenna were the first ones that have actually decreased my shoulder pain and given me back a mostly normal life. They listened and paid attention to what was wrong. They worked with me even when my insurance was difficult to work with. And I am 95% better for the first time in years. I have a better understanding of what was wrong, I have tools and tricks for flare ups in the future, and life looks much less bleak with significantly reduced pain levels. If you are having physical trouble, go here. They will help. I'm grateful everyday for finding them and for giving therapy one more try (I had pretty much lost hope). PTs are not all the same. Michael and Jenna are better and it's worth trying one more time. You won't need to keep looking for help after stopping here.

The staff at IVY Rehab is amazing! Michael, Jo, and Jenna were great patient advocates: explaining the "why" behind the "what" of all my therapy. Always asking how I felt helped to drill down to some immediate needs that they addressed and corrected for me. Just a few minor manipulations, and I was able to do a higher level of therapy. PT can be challenging (and should be, in order to improve your function.) But it never hurt and I never regretted going. I am feeling great after my current course of therapy! I came to therapy the first day as a patient and truly felt I left as a friend on my final day. If you need a therapy clinic, come see Michael, Jenna and Jo at IVY Rehab!

This place was recommended to me by my doctor, who did not recommend them because he knows them professionally, but because he was a patient who had a great experience. I had been to physical therapy before, but I never had any success, and I was very skeptical. I knew that they were going to do better the first time I went. The physical therapist (Michael) immediately zeroed in on my pain area and weakness, and within 20 minutes he told me things about my problems that I never realized. Fast forward three months, and I feel better than I have in many years. Do yourself and your loved ones a favor: if you are reading this review, schedule an appointment and go get help. What an unexpectedly great result from some simple exercises!!
