The therapists are knowledgeable friendly and sincere. My shoulder is improving each session.
Ruth K,
For many hours Renata, Roxanne and Garrett have used their considersble expertise to make me well. I can only review these therapists because I haven't worked with the others but all are friendly and seem devoted to their profession. Rehab from knee replacement surgery isn't a painless protocol but I appreciate the encouragement that made me continue when I wanted to quit. Busy schedules are accommodated as best as possible and I've never had a bad session. Yes. It hurts but I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. Thanks everyone I truly appreciate you all.

I have felt understood and have received great care so far. Everyone from the receptionist to Physical Therapists have been helpful and instructive. The only thing you need to bring is the area of your body that requires care and a sense of humor.

I unfortunately continue to need help due to falls I take and a fair amount of arthritis. When I do, the person who comes to mind is Renata with the remarkable hands. Her hand strength is only superseded by her wonderful personality. Ivy is blessed to have her as an employee. Her knowledge of the human body and her experience with people are amazing. I honestly would go to no one else by choice.

I have been bringing my mother to Ivy Rehab for a month now. It has been her best physical therapy experience ever. One issue was resolved, so now we are addressing another chronic symptom. The staff is friendly, professional, and very attuned to her specific needs. I highly recommend Ivy Rehab.

The staff is welcoming, friendly, and proficient. They not only give you stretches and exercises but make sure you have the right form while performing them. My recent visit to my orthopedic surgeon, he remarked that I should be at 50% recovery but found I was at 80% recovery from knee. Replacement. Roxanne has brought me to this point in recovery.

I've required physical therapy for 20 years due to a neuromuscular condition. I'm someone who NEEDS physical therapy often as my condition changes. I would not go anywhere else. There is no better place to go if you hurt or have trouble moving. Renata has been our family physical therapist since she came to our house to help my mom years ago. She can tell by watching you walk what muscle needs strengthening and how to do it. Roxanne did my original eval and is brilliant. And there is no sweeter human being behind a front desk than Sandy. Your doctors will LOVE you if you go to p.t. It shows them that you're doing something besides see them for your health, and that you're following doctors' orders. I always show physical improvement after treatment, and once I'm repaired, I can do somewhat-regular exercise at home, which brings down blood pressure, heart rate and glucose, shows in blood tests. Now, insurance company happy because I show improvement by only paying for p.t. and not surgery or expensive drugs. Doc happy, patient happy, IvyRehab happy. If your doc recommends physical therapy, go here and get evaluated.

Ivy requires a 24 hour notice to cancel an appointment, but if you call at 9 am on Monday to cancel Tuesday 3:30 pm appointment (30 hours in advance) they claim it’s not giving them a 24 hour notice. The receptionist must have learned the new math! Additionally, she never smiles nor makes you feel welcome. Therapists are good, but this place is not for me.
