Nick, Christian, and the admin team here are awesome! Nick is very attentive and adjusted/customized my post-op protocol to better fit my return to high-level athletics. Lots of equipment, just missing heavy free weights >40lb. If you’re nice they might even let you control the music choice during your appointment. Highly recommend!

Generally had a good experience with the PT there but really frustrated with the billing process. First for some reason they stopped running my card and I end up with this huge bill and then there is no communication about outstanding payments and I don't find out until a debt collector sends a notification. I don't need dings on my credit report for an outstanding $30. A phone call or text message about outstanding payment would save a lot of aggravation and grief.

Christian and the PTW team have been absolutely top notch since I endured a shoulder injury at work. Everyone I’ve met and worked with from the reception desk to the therapy floor has been welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly- they’ve been an advocate for me and my care. They will work with you, work for you, and give you the honest answers you need to hear about your progress and steps moving forward. I would highly recommend them, and can’t thank Christian and his team enough for helping me through this.

Nick helped tailor an injury-specific remedial plan that targeted the injured areas of my body. The team was friendly and helpful in scheduling me for PT and worked with my schedule. I would recommend this Physical Therapy clinic to my friends and family.

Having been to a few different PT places over the years, PTW is by far the best. Christian is very competent, caring, and truly wants his patients to get better. He never downplays your pain and tailors his treatment plans to your individual needs and goals. His positive attitude and motivation have helped me push through some of the difficult and painful times post operatively. Christian answers all of your questions throughout treatment and thoroughly demonstrates the exercises. The location is clean, equipment is well maintained, and they have convenient appointment times. I would recommend PTW and Christian for physical therapy in a heartbeat!

I've been to a bunch of PT places over the years and this one sort of stood out for me. It is well lit, clean, and neatly organized, and the equipment is in great condition and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and engaging and, most importantly, competent. The place just has a nice, positive vibe to it. I went for about 8 or 9 weeks and saw significant improvement in my shoulder mobility and pain level. If I ever need PT again I will go to this place again and hopefully work Christian, Minh, and Rob. Great people that I will actually miss hanging with a couple of times per week.

I have conditions like endometriosis and adenomyosis where in my cycle can be way off and it’s impossible to get up from bed, driving to center to get pelvic therapy during your periods is impossible especially on 1st And 2nd day so when I rescheduled the appointments, they charged me 25$ (3 times and 2 times I called a day beforeit) so paying 75$ without any service Its RIDICULOUS. How can anyone with heavy periods still go to their appointment and get massages done in the lower pelvic area ? be sensible . And periods can be unpredictable so it’s not I plan to cancel the appointment for my convenience . It’s a medical Condition I have for gods sake ! I have had dozens of sessions with them not like I was new there or ditching their practice or playing .. Its disappointing ! Worst experience . And I called them 3 times and left voice messages and they never got back and suddenly send a notice of collections . HORRIBLE experience. Wouldn’t recommend anyone with severe medical condition (or otherwise) to go there . Beyond ridiculous . The PT was really good though .she moved on now and am glad . Main line health are far better And understanding practice . Am seeing her at the new practice now who don’t charge you for rescheduling for a severe genuine health condition you have !

I came to see Christian at PTW at the recommendation of my surgeon after a knee reconstruction surgery. I had previously been at another PT for a month with no progress. At the start of seeing Christian I was at 50 degrees Range of Motion (ROM) and at risk of another surgery and/or loss of function/motion. Currently, I finished my last session and am at 135 ROM and pretty much back to my pre-op self! I truly could not have gotten to this point without Christian, Amanda, and the entire team. They are extremely knowledgeable and listen to your individual goals/needs. They will get you there if you put in the work! I am so thankful to be where I’m at because of them! TL;DR - Christian/PTW are truly the best. If you’re serious about feeling better/getting back to activities don’t waste your time at another PT.
