Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy

The therapist had limited hands on time person to person. The therapist would have 3to 4 persons at a time. Heat in the beginning (15)mins then at the end 10 minutes iceing. for an hour session. Also the bedside manner from the therapist was not great. Management was horrible If u ran late they would cancel your appointment and if u had an emergency an tried to cancel on the same day they changed you a late charge..look for a better experience, don’t go to Ivy rehab…

Was a patient of Ivy Rehab PT in Highland and it was a very positive experience. The staff cares about their client’s improvement. They are so helpful and cheerful. Even though it’s hard to be in pain, I am grateful to the physical therapists at Ivy.

I went to Ivy after breaking my foot over the summer playing softball and my experience was nothing short of phenomenal. From the courteous front desk staff who are welcoming every time you walk in or out, to the individual therapists and assistants. Special kudos to Les, Renee, and Steven who handled all of my visits over the 12 weeks of rehab who pushed me and identified the issues that would get me to make a full recovery. Nothing against anyone else there, who all seemed very nice, but these three handled my particular treatment. Les even diagnosed an issue that stemmed from the injury that my podiatrist missed which was very telling that they know what they are doing. Great, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous, I would recommend Ivy in Poughkeepsie to anyone looking for a PT.

Ivy Physical Therapy has been a big help for managing my pain. The therapists there are very knowledgeable, courteous,and professional. Regina, Kayla,Katie, Stephanie , and Fran have a very calming approach to each session. There is also a good camaraderie with the other therapists as well. I will recommend this facility to anyone who is in need of physical therapy. I have had a good experience because of their professionalism. MaryBeth , and Amber at the reception desk are welcoming , and courteous. They have a lot of knowledge and patience dealing with the many people in need of care.

I love going to Physical Therapy! The staff at Ivy Rehab is truly amazing. When I first started going there, I felt hopeless. I felt like there was nothing they could do to help me however I was so desperate I decided to give them a shot. I’m so thrilled to say I’ve come a long way! Working with James and Nate has been an honor. They’re very supportive, kind, courteous, knowledgeable etc.. Before giving you their treatment plan they will closely evaluate you and see what improvements need to be made. I’m so happy I decided to choose them. If you want to work with amazing people and you want to improve your overall health choose them. You won’t regret it.

The staff are absolutely excellent and work extremely well together! They are energetic, caring and supportive. And, Regina is awesome! Thanks to Regina and the team, I am stronger and more motivated! I highly recommend Ivy Rehab to anyone needing physical therapy. :)

I've been going to ivy rehab since 2019 straight , between PT and OT . Christina ,Jess Ryan, Fran and Lora are awesome therapist. Stephanie and the rest of the front desk ladies. Are amazing people. I don't even have to say anything, and they already signed me in before I get to the counter 😂😂.

I had a great experience working on my rehab from knee surgery here. My physical therapist Regina was simply fantastic. She was caring, conscientious and extremely knowledgeable, knowing just when to push and when to pull back. Overall the staff is all super friendly and I felt very well cared for. Thank you!!!
