5/5 stars. Everybody is so nice! Helped me for months when I didn’t think I’d be able to walk normal again. I recommend for anybody coming back from a knee or leg injury. Can’t thank them enough.

I went to Ivy with high hopes that PT could could help me. I was wrong in thinking that Ivy was the place for this to happen. Nobody at Ivy listened to my doctor's orders or my explicit requests for care. They did what they wanted to do without true concern for me. I was unable to walk for 2 days after their initial assessment because they did what they wanted instead of being cautious of my condition. Thankfully, I received an exorbitant bill for their screwed-up initial assessment and the pain I received. It seems as though Ivy Rehab is just like a lot of other rehab facilities, in that, if you're still hurting, you're going to continue to return for the care that they give you that ensures that you, the patient, get snared in their web and are now part of their business model.

Devon and all of her coworkers and students were great to work with. From evaluation day of a work injury through work conditioning to get me back to work, they always seemed to care. The atmosphere and interactions between Progress staff, Performance Spine folks, and other patients always made for a decent PT session. Thanks again to Devon, Sarah, Tony, Megan, Terrell, Nat, and Aaron for the help.

Great physical therapists! Unfortunately, I have had to undergo PT at many therapy providers and none have given me a detailed description, including images, of all the exercises I should incorporate into my exercise routine at least 2x a week in order to maintain the optimum level of healing I achieved at Progress Physical Therapy. Other parting gifts included a t-shirt and stretchy band. Thank you to Tony and David for their attention to my exercise form at each appointment. Special thanks to Devon for her hands on manipulation of my target area of strain in order to foster optimum improvement and the guidance she offered to correct my process as I attempted each exercise. I highly recommend!

Wonderful staff have helped me tremendously. The physical therapists, Devon and Kevin, are skilled and enthusiastic. Tony and Karen take excellent care of every patient. I was skeptical that my shoulder pain and flexibility could improve. The consistent visits and treatment plan have given me hope and relief.

Have used a few PT over the years with OK results. But none with the results an professional attention to my needs as here. Devon has is so knowledgeable and listens to your concerns and moves to get you up and back to normal as possible. The staff Tony and David are great. I used Devon before for a previous injury and now came back after a double knee replacement. I know i will recommend Progress and your great team to all my friends. Thanks for getting my back to continue to my full recovery.

I highly recommended this place for PT (initially). Very effective therapy for my shoulder. I was glad I came here. Everybody is friendly and Devon will take the time to explain each exercise or stretch. She has even upgraded some of the equipment I used. Will come back if I get another golf injury! I can’t speak for the folks with a lot of post surgery pain, but Devon will help stretch you past your limits each visit and get you back on the road to recovery. UPDATE - I got a billed $390 a visit and ** WARN ** others. I will never visit this facility again. I could do the exercises from home and did NOT even want to do the 2 visits a week. However, I was told the bill would be around $100 a visit. Made sense to me for an hour of doing rubber band exercises with some consultation for that price. I just got the bill and it was $3,200 for 8 visits. No more PT for me at this place. UPDATE #2 - we already paid the bill and now collectors from Ivy Rehab are calling me. Devon is very nice during the PT, but you can't get a hold of her when the unexpected bill comes rolling in. They tell you to call Billing DEPT and then the Billing DEPT doesn't understand why your calling them. They point at each other. Hopefully your insurance covers the bill! They are ruthless. It's ironic that Devon asks you several times a visit to give her good Google feedback and then isn't there to help you when your bill is 3 times what you expected and Google is your only avenue to voice these concerns. I am not going to go through this experience ever again.
