Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy

Be very careful. They slammed me with a $1000 bill 6 months after I stopped going. The billing department is useless and doesn't care about their patients. They don't communicate with your insurance at all and put it all on you. They also don't take any responsibility for what their staff does or says. I feel they take advantage of people while they are injured. They just care about getting more people in the door and once you're out couldn't care less about you. Update, in response to the comment from Ivy. I have discussed this several times with your billing department and they do not care. They informed me that because I was told, by their people at Ivy rehab, that I was good to keep scheduling therapy and did I'm responsible for $75 per visit that THEY scheduled over my yearly limit. I even said that I would be willing to pay half my bill ($500) if they took off the $75 charges. (There were multiple) and they informed me that was not acceptable and I would be put into collections. So to be clear, your billing department has looked further into this, you all just don't care about your clients.

This place has helped me out so much, I’m very thankful for them. The doctors here are fantastic. Dawn at the front desk is very informative and helpful and always cheerful. I would recommend Ivy to everybody!

I loved going to PT here and miss it now that I have been discharged. The two women who were up front were great (Peggy and Becky) and the physical therapy staff were great too. I very much enjoyed working with Steve, Vince, Ebenezer and most of all I enjoyed working with Victoria and Shannon. Both are beautiful and positive women. Not all women are friendly, upbeat and positive as those two sweethearts. I received an above average level of care while I was treated there. I was exceptionally pleased and have referred them to two other people already. The atmosphere is friendly, upbeat and positive as well. Being a talker, I can definitely say that I enjoyed the staff and the other patients. If and when I need PT again, I will return to progress.

My family & I have been using Progress for years. Never had a bad experience. The entire staff are kind, caring, courteous & professional in the dealing with their patients. The van service is always on time and extremely helpful. The office staff, Becky & Peggy are great. They handle the appointments with the patient needs first. The entire physical therapy staff, Justin, Steve, Shannon to name a few are simply the best. I always recommend Progress to family in friends who need Physical Therapy

The staff is very nice concerning their patients. They call to check on then if missed an appt. The therapists there are very knowledgeable of their jobs and they make the patients very comfortable and are their first priority. The offer transportation services to those that are unable to ride public transit. I would definitely recommend someone there.

I attended hunting park location and every thing was going. Very well. Until August when I turned in a new script and it was lost which I eas informed was not in the system not scanned i informed the front desk that script was given to Jarrod but was informed never scanned and. I need to get a new script tried for a week to have script sent from. Dr office sent via fax and katie from orthopedic office informed me it was faxed 2-3 times and didn't know what the problem was iwas informed that script are only good for a limitef time. Regardless of end so i choose to go somewhere else and this came about aftet i provide breakfast for staff members very disappointed in Jarrod

I was referred to Progress by my Ortho, after a nasty fall resulting in a hand injury. I chose the 8015 Frankford Ave office. Location is very convient for me, Close to my home , one bus & stop is right there. I was assigned to OT Rachel & very pleased with the treatment I am receiving & results. I highly recommend this office for their professionalism & quality of care .

This place is not just a business, it's a FAMILY!! I CRAWLED, NOT ABLE TO WALK,AND NOW I AM DANCING FOR HOURS!! THANK YOU I AM FOREVER GRATEFUL FOR THEE SUPPORT!!! PHYSICALLY,MENTALLY ❤️💋🌹
