Very pleasant experience at Ivy. Check-in was very easy and staff is very nice and professional. Therapist was great and can’t wait to continue my recovery with them.

It was so welcoming yesterday and I must say my knee feels good today thanks to the therapist that work on my knee yesterday it wasn't much but it felt good I could see my way walking much better thank you guys so much enjoy your weekend

Highly recommend Ivy Rehab. Everyone there is extremely positive and supportive, which is so important when you are trying to recover. I was in an incredible amount of pain when I first started. I didn't think I would ever not be in pain, but they helped me get better. Thank you!!

I have one more session then I'm done. I am very pleased with Jenn and her team. Everyone is great, but I must give mention to Sally, who has worked with me for most of my sessions. I was impressed with her professionalism. Sally listened to me and took note of my day to day challenges and applied the necessary exercises to build my strength and balance. I appreciated her challenging me and I embraced the exercises both in the office and at home. Great work Sally! I returned to work after foot surgery and I am feeling stronger every day. I had a great experience here. I'd dealt with lower back pain for nearly ten years after a car accident. I had an experience at another PT place in NYC back then that made me feel like this pain was something I'd always have to live with. Fast forward to now and after only 2-3 weeks of seeing the talented therapists at Ivy Rehab I have noticed significant reduction in pain and huge strides in mobility. There are a handful of therapists who work at Ivy Rehab and I see someone different at each appointment, which I like because they all treat a little bit differently so I pick up something new each time. I have worked with Russell, Emily and Camila and they have all been wonderful. I really benefit from the deep tissue massage they do each visit. They have been flexible with scheduling around my work meetings and I have had no issues with them billing through my insurance. The aids are also very friendly and keep the facility very clean and nice. For other plus size folks, this is also a good treatment center for anyone looking for a HAES physical therapy provider. It is a very welcoming and non-judgmental atmosphere and the therapists are more focused on managing your pain and increasing muscle strength than anything else.

I really don't know where start! My personal experience with the staff at this location are absolutely amazing 💯. They are very welcoming and make you feel so comfortable on the very first day 😊. Chelsea, the receptionist is very warm and caring. She is the first person I met, which set the tone of what I would be walking into. I then met with Crissy and Alina who were so sweet and explained the purpose of completing their digital assessment openly and honestly which would tailor a program specifically for me and my needs. I then met Russ, physical therapist, who asked about the specific issues I was dealing with. He was very concerned and compassionate about what I shared. He then asked me to do some very light bending and stretching to help with further tailoring a program to meet my needs. I legitimately feel like a part of the Ivy Rehab family. I never really give reviews of people and places that I meet in a professional setting, but I couldn't let this one go without sharing my experience. I haven't met Joe, Camila, Laura or Erin as yet, although Erin reached out to me via telephone prior to my first appointment....and she was just a welcoming when speaking with her. I highly recommend Ivy Rehab for your physical therapy needs! The team is truly dedicated to helping you with your physical therapy needs. Thank you all💞💞💞💞

I am beyond satisfied with my experience at Ivy Rehab. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. They made me feel very comfortable. They listened to my issues, asked questions and gave me a full assessment prior to starting therapy. The staff takes their time to go through each of the exercises and show you the correct form for each exercise. I felt like they genuinely cared about my recovery. I would highly recommend Ivy Rehab to anyone. Russell, Trevor and Kim are amazing.
