Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy

I had rotator cuff surgery and the Ivy team brought me back to my pre surgery strength - and much faster than expected. My PT John was exceptionally attentive to all my exercises and knew how much to encourage and push me through my rehab progression. He is super knowledgeable, always explaining the reasons and repercussions of my workouts, and truly cares about each of his patients. I highly recommend the Ivy team since each patient gets individualized attention. And, they are very pleasant and kind people which makes each session enjoyable.

I highly recommend Ivy Physical Therapy in Monroe. I hobbled in with the use of a cane on my first visit and was met by Diane at the front desk. She was most gracious. My Physical Therapist, Anthony, was amazing. His knowledge and careful instruction and guidance lead me through a perfect recovery from my injury. I am grateful to Anthony and Staff of Ivy Physical Therapy for the progress I achieved.

My father was going here for about a month after injury to his wrist. His physical therapist was amazing and she did such an excellent job getting movement back into his hand. She made it easy for him to do at home exercise with how she described the exercises.

Be Aware of this billing SCAM ! I took my daughter to IVY Monroe facility after she was hurt playing soccer with Monroe team. I was told that the initial visit for rehab is $125, and $75 for each additional visit. The receptionist asked if I have Insurance to Use, she said there is nothing to lose if the Insurance pays is great, if not the prices will apply. I did use the Insurance, but they billed Insurance with $130 for each visit, The insurance did not approve it. Later, I received an invoice from IVY rehab billing me $130 per visit , not as we agreed above. I called Ivy billing office and they refuse to adjust billing. I called Monroe office, the receptionist, understood the situation , and that I was over charged $55/visit for using my insurance !! But she was not able to help. I have to pay $130/a visit although their asking price is $75/visit !!! I am penalized because I have insurance !!

Words can't even begin to describe how wonderful this place is. This was like another home to me and I would highly recommend it to anyone. Not only are they competent and professional with what they do, they treat you like family! Anthony and the team are compassionate, caring, and loving to all their patients. Be prepared to work hard and have a great time here as you will meet some of the friendliest people that you will ever encounter.

Amazing staff! Warm friendly environment. Individual therapy with immediate progress and evaluations to chart growth. Very skilled therapists! But, you must put in the work! Many thanks to my PT Rhia for her knowledge and making sure I receive the best care!

Physical Rehab with a personal touch! Going to PT is never something one gets pumped up to do but I have to admit I always enjoyed driving over to Ivy Rehab Monroe! I have had the pleasure of working with Anthony Muscio who showed true concern of my issues and it became clear very fast that not only did Anthony care about my recovery but all the therapists want you to get better and that they genuinely care about your well being. I have had knee, shoulder and back sessions there and always left feeling good about myself and my recovery. I would highly recommend Anthony and any of the Ivy Rehab Monroe therapists to anyone in need of PT.

Anthony Muscio is a great physical therapist! He is knowledgeable, kind and caring. Anthony worked with me to identify issues and performed the best physical therapy treatment.
