Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy

My pain doctor referred me to Dr. James Randolph, at Ivy Rehab in Joliet, for both my cervical and lumbar spine. Dr. Randolph is very knowledgeable, and translates what he knows to therapy, that has both a short term, and long term impact on his patients. It is important to me that I work with a therapist who knows what I need to do, and doesn't overload me with exercises that are "nice" to do, as opposed to those exercises I "need" to do. Dr. Randolph is a realist, who respects my time, my abilities, and my limitations. In addition to these qualities, Dr. Randolph is a great listener, with a personality that conveys his genuine understanding and caring for his patients. Jill serves as Dr. Randolph's receptionist, and she couldn't be more pleasant, kind, and capable. This recently opened facility is well laid out with new equipment.

Dr James was amazing! Very knowledgeable, kind, and encouraging. Constantly monitored pain, progress, and goals each visit as well as regularly answering questions and concerns. Amazing results in 13 weeks with a 4 tear rotator cuff injury which usually takes 6 months. Highly recommend!

James helped me recover through my injury very quickly and effectively. I’m thankful for his expertise and kindness.

James, The physical therapist listens to yours words, but also listens to your body. James by far is one of the best in his craft. James was very professional, patient and extremely helpful as well as knowledgeable. He really helped me to feel more trusting with my knee injury and I am 100% better as a result of his attentiveness. Would highly recommend and would go back!

5 stars for James Randolf!! (I see my first message didn't send😬) Lemme tell ya...I had 16 or 17 visits at the new IVY in Joliet and James was very thorough! HE really, really cares about his patients/clients and does not RUSH!! He is very genuine, FUNny and wants your experience to be GREAT (even under painful circumstances 😊).... PRAYERFULLY I won't EVER need treatments again 😅 buuuut if so, I will be back for James only!!!❤ Thank you for ALL that you do James. Keep being you my friend!
