Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy

I did a 15 week program and they gave up on me. Also not to mention that the therapists don’t even fully focus on their patients since they’re under staffed and juggling 4 people per patient which is ridiculous. What made the experience worse was their receptionist Angela. My claims were supposed to be through work comp and she would harass me everyday for copays. One day she followed me to my car and screamed out loud for all to hear outside. Unacceptable. Fire her and hire someone better.

I had the pleasure of working with Alex as my physical therapist and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the moment I walked into the clinic, Alex was warm, welcoming, and professional. He took the time to listen to my concerns and understand my specific needs, which made me feel heard and valued as a patient. Throughout my sessions, Alex's expertise and attention to detail were evident. He created a customized treatment plan that was tailored to my unique situation, and he made sure to explain each exercise and technique thoroughly so that I felt comfortable and confident in my progress. What I appreciated most about Alex was his ability to motivate me and keep me engaged throughout the process. He was always positive and encouraging, and his energy was contagious. Thanks to his guidance and support, I was able to achieve my physical therapy goals faster than I ever thought possible. Overall, I highly recommend Alex as a physical therapist. His passion for helping his patients achieve their best health shines through in every aspect of his work, and I'm so grateful to have had him as my therapist.

I couldn't be happier. All the therapists are friendly and work hard (and collaborate with each other) to get the best care, exercises, stretching, etc to help a client out. The place doesn't feel packed with people and I've never had to wait. Scheduling has been easy and you always get a real human on the other end of the phone line. Absolutely recommend Excel PT.

My therapist was Scott, a wonderful professional who has a fantastic sense of wisdom about Physical Therapy. As far as the body’s anatomy, I must say that “he knows his stuff.” He is extremely dedicated to his clients, showing kindness, concern and deep empathy. The facility is “top notch”, spacious, clean and has a staff who are knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. I truly enjoyed my experience at Excel Physical Therapy!

I have PT sessions with Bill. I was apprehensive about adding another recurring appointment to my busy schedule, but it's been so worth it. I am getting a lot of pain relief already, and now I am better equipped to both stretch my body and build strength the right way for me. I can tell that Bill is very knowledgeable and knows what areas I need to target with my exercises. He was able to offer me early morning appointments so I can attend sessions before work. I've been especially impressed that he has an answer for just about every question I've thrown at him 🙂 The front desk staff are very polite and helpful. They knew how my insurance plan worked and were able to get my PT prescription from my doctor without me having to do anything else. I really appreciate it.

Excel Physical Therapy is amazing! After experiencing knee pain while exercising on-and-off for a year, Excel helped me get back to running pain-free. My therapist Scott was incredibly helpful and supportive in my recovery. I highly recommend Excel PT!
