Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy

The team at Ivy are very knowledgeable and empathetic. I had a long-term injury and they were very supportive the entire time. The atmosphere is uplifting and I am doing great post-surgery.

I see many 5 star reviews. Unfortunately, I did not like my experience whatsoever. Firstly, after filling our an extensive electronic form, I was handed another Electronic Pad to do an extensive "survey". It asked very personal questions; it seemed more like a psychological exam. In fact, it was a depression screening. The last question before I gave it back to them was "did you ever feel like total failure" or something to that effect. What does any of this have to do with a sore achilles tendon?? The young lady who gave it to me said not to worry about it, it was not important. then the PT assigned expressed that it has something to do with insurance approval! Then he gave me a few stretches and exercises to do with little explanation. He told me he'd give me written instructions for exercises to do at home. Then he said he'd give them to me next time. So what was I to do for a week? How did those exercises help me? He also argued against everything the doctor told me who referred me for PT. How does that give me confidence in this treatment? Addendum: I received a call from the Clinical Director, Mike. He attempted to explain the miscommunication and offered to see me personally , should I return. I appreciate that so I'll give an extra star, however, the first visit was such a turn off, I don't think I'll be back

So happy I chose Ivy Rehab…I was beyond impressed by Michael Nugent’s extensive knowledge after surgery on my shattered wrist. After just one visit, I felt a difference. I have total confidence in him and it certainly helps that he’s such a pleasant guy! Phenomenal! I’d like to mention Lindsay Palmaffy, an assistant at Ivy. She was incredible..never stopped moving from job to job yet she always came back at the right time to check on the patients..extremely conscientious and very sweet!

Today I finished my 12 weeks of PT, post shoulder surgery. I only have gratitude to the staff: both therapists and aides that are knowledgeable, dedicated and professional. Thank You!

After my surgery, I looked up where to go locally for my PT. Ivy came up in my search, and I am so happy this is where I chose to do my therapy! It’s a very friendly and professional environment, the entire team here is wonderful. They were also extremely flexible with my crazy schedule. Shout out to my therapist Mike, who really helped me over the last few months. I can’t recommend Ivy enough!

I can’t say enough positive things about this place. from the receptionist to the great physical therapist. They are very informative and caring all they want is for you to be 100%. When it comes to physical therapy you want a supportive place that will stop at nothing to get you good and that’s what Ivy Rehab In Jefferson Valley is about.

Everyone (staff and therapists) are very professional, polite and concerned. The facility is clean, neat and orderly. My appointments were on time. My treatment plan was explained to me and my questions were answered. I truly felt that they were focused and interested in my recovery and well being. I highly recommend Debbie and all the employees at Ivy Rehab.

Ivy Rehab is the greatest place. So happy I found it!! I usually went in feeling tired but after the therapist worked their magic, I came out feeling wonderful!! My thanks to Jacek and Leah for working with me . I had a total knee replacement and was really hurting.After a couple weeks I was walking on my own. You guys are the best!💗💜💜😘😍
