In the past several years I have had lower back, hip, elbow, and shoulder issues. Every time that happens Ivy Rehab is my first call. They get me doing the right exercises to rehab those areas and I've always come out if it with their help. It's such a friendly environment there as well. I always enjoy my time there!

I had an issue with my upper back that caused significant pain while playing golf. I was not optimistic that physical therapy would help, but was willing to try. After just two visits along with a daily at-home stretching routine, my pain level was very manageable and I was back on the course! The atmosphere is fun, friendly, comfortable, and relaxed. The staff at Ivy is awesome!

I had a spinal fusion in my lumbar area in the middle of Sept. I’m still trying to recover and trying to remain positive. I’m in a lot of pain. Every…. day. I have a 2.5 year old boy with lots of energy and I am supposed to be a ‘stay at home mom’ (as of recently), and I love it. I was a gym rat before surgery. I love being active and going everywhere with my kid and being able to push mow, hike, fish, jog, lift weights, play co-ed softball and boxing. The surgery was necessary, but is taking a long time to heal, I guess. It made life change suddenly. I also received nerve damage/ irritation in both of my hands…some days I couldn’t use them. I was devastated… the pain got to be so bad, it was unbearable. And numbness isn’t just feeling nothing at all, it’s horrible. It felt like fire running to my elbow. My arms would rotate in going numb, electric shocks, stabbing pulses, or cold as ice. Some days I thought my left arm was going to fall off. The pain woke me up every night… and the fusion pain was an added bonus. So, here I was, down in the dumps. I started physical therapy about a month or (so-ish) at ivy rehab. I ‘knew of’ Joe Fiore. I read up on him, seen him and his team on other recommendations, and in the news, I knew his family were athletic people, (something I could relate to) I was told he and his team are good from my own family. I needed a facility to get me back in the shape I was in previously in, and BETTER. I’m bad at names, but there are a lot of great people there, good atmosphere with knowledgeable employees. And I keep seeing old friends getting therapy too, lol. with their knowledge and exercise platforms, my hands are in much better shape! It was a miracle. If I never heal from this fusion, I’m glad my hands do not have the stabbing, electrocuting pain and numbness. I have less flare ups now and only my fingertips are numb 24/7. (With flare ups they can go numb) but the therapy reduced them. The massages generally feel good, the heat therapy loosens my muscles up, and I’m adding more and more exercises keyed for my spine, hands and overall body…I believe I may have 3 months or more of healing (if I’m lucky) i feel good when I leave there and they gave me hope that things will be ok. If you have managed to read my long rant; good place to get better. Thanks ivy rehab for helping me get my life back!

Everyone there is great at their job. The heat added at the start of your session really eases your tight muscles. The massages have helped my knee issue greatly. Before these sessions I could not put any pressure like laying on my stomach the pain was so sharp I could not do it. Now I can.

I had foot fusion surgery June 2021 and ended up with a nasty infection in my foot which delayed my foot from fusing together. I was non weight bearing for over four months and in alot of pain. There were days when I felt like I would never get my life back! The amazing team at Ivy Rehab helped me get back on my feet! Thank you to all of my new friends for making therapy fun and working with me for 8 and half months! Highly recommend Ivy Rehab!

I had a partial knee replacement January 2018 and did my rehab at Ivy. Joe and his staff were great. I told them I wanted my knee back to 100% and that's what I got. This past month I went hiking numerous times in Colorado and was pain free. I don't even notice my knee any more! Great group of people and fun to be around. Quick tip...do what they tell you to do and work through the pain, it's worth it!

Everyone there is so kind and helpful. They truly care. The therapist are above excellent. They are the best. I have had Joe Fiore twice as my therapist. Once for a torn labrum surgery and this time for a frozen shoulder. The great thing about Ivy Rehab is each therapist is a different experience all working together for a common goal. The techs are just as professional as the therapist. Highly recommend Ivy Rehab!!
