I’m not at all surprised by all the great reviews. Everyone, and I mean, everyone who works here is phenomenal. I’m most working with Jenny and Trish occasionally but it just feels like a family here. When I was told I had to do physical therapy 3x per week, I was so frustrated but after meeting the team, I actually look forward to coming in and I’m not sure what my week will be like when I have to stop going!

I absolutely love Ivy Rehab. They all get along with each other and the patients. It’s a very pleasant atmosphere. To get a therapist that listens to you and uses the feedback on your last session to make adjustments, if needed… I couldn’t ask for anything more. I have Jenny mainly and she’s my angel. I’ve also had Adam, Trisha and Natalie, who have also been very good. I’m very thankful.

The team at Ivy Rehab is awesome! They are professionals and knowledgeable in their field, friendly, caring and efficient therapists. They communicated very well with me in providing the proper therapy I needed to strengthen my body. I am grateful for their attention to my physical health. Keep up the excellent efforts. I highly recommend this particular center to anyone who needs rehab services. 5 stars!!!

I have been going to Ivy for a couple months and am so happy. At first I was dreading the drive, but wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Christy is kind and encouraging and the whole staff is friendly. Some people just go through the motions. Ivy employees care!

The staff of Ivy Rehab in Crown Point are amazing. Linda treats every patient like family - with such care and respect and she genuinely empathizes with folks going through physical difficulties. Trisha is fantastic. Her knowledge is vast yet she explains in layman's terms and offers encouragement and support. She addresses the source of the problem with personalized therapy that aids in recovery. I cannot recommend this Crown Point location and this staff highly enough.

The whole staff is great. They treat you like family. Adam and Jenny push you hard to get you better. I suffered a twisted knee from work and had to walk with a cane. My initial evaluation showed that I was able to only do 17% of my job. 4 weeks of therapy 3 times a week and I'm at 75% and ready for work conditioning. Thank you so much.

WOW! What a great team they have at Ivy Rehab! My wife went here previously and she just loved this facility and the people who took care of her. So, after I had surgery, she brought me here. I'm so glad she did! The people here are all so friendly and professional. They work so well together as a team. Everyone makes me feel welcomed and they listen to your questions and concerns. They adjust accordingly if you have any problems. By the time it's over, you feel like you are leaving your friends. If you have a need for therapy, go to this location. You will be happy you did!

Lower Back Pain: For the past 7 weeks, I went to twice-weekly sessions with Adam and Trish. I was experiencing pain in my lower back. While standing for any length of time (even a few minutes) the pain would get worse, spreading across my back to my hips and even down my legs if I remained standing. This problem bothered me for several months, getting worse, then a bit better, then worse again, over and over. Adam handled my initial consultation, as well as most therapy sessions. He listened to my explanations and asked good questions in a friendly and conversational style. In the regular one-hour sessions, he was very thorough in demonstrating exercises and stretches, explaining the "whats" and "whys" involved, and helping me to perform the motions correctly (so, too, was Trish). I learned a great deal from my sessions with Adam and Trish. I've been involved in athletics and weight-lifting for years (many years). I was surprised to learn that some of the stretches that I've been doing all these years are actually insufficient. As a result of the therapy sessions, I now have a set of stretches that I can do (properly) to relieve the lower back pain, as well as a set of exercises that I can do to strengthen the lower back muscles. As a result of the therapy sessions, my lower back pain is much, much reduced. I am able to do all normal daily activities without pain or tightening in my lower back. I am able to walk or stand for 15-20 minutes without difficulty. I have resumed lifting weights three times per week, as well (using lighter weights for back exercises). So . . . I owe a big THANK YOU to Adam and Trish for their great work. Would I recommend them to other people? Absolutely. I should add this: Adam, Trish, Jenny, and Linda are fun to be around, too!
