Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy

Kaelani is a superb physical therapist. Her knowledge, bedside manner, patience, encouragement, and smile are five stars. Ivy is lucky to have her, as am I.

I can't recommend Kevin at Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy enough! From the moment I started my sessions, Kevin made me feel comfortable and supported every step of the way. Kevin's approachable and friendly demeanor instantly put me at ease, making each session not only productive but also enjoyable. Thank you, Kevin, for being such a relatable and fun physical therapist.

Incredibly bad time with their billing department. At the time of starting therapy, they told me my copay would be $25 regardless of the therapist being in or out of network. This worked fine until the new year when my deductible reset. I ended up getting charge $171 for a visit because they put me with an out-of-network provider. Fine, while I disagree with this fundamentally, I still paid the bill. I mailed them a check with all of the insurance checks. They cashed the check. Several months later, I get another bill from them for the $171. I get on the phone with the billing department. I provided proof to the rep that I had paid the $171. Okay, this is all taken care of. Nope. Several months later, I get another bill for $171. I again contact the billing department, who supposedly was going to work this out with Accounts Receivable. Again, okay, this care of. NOPE. Today, I got a letter from a collections agency for the $171. I am beyond livid. I do not recommend Ivy Rehab at all. I have spent so much time on this $171 and now I get to fight with a collections agency about this. Furious.

Sandeep, Harley and Carlos did a great job assisting me with my concern. Feeling much better, now! Appointments were on time and therapists were friendly. Administrative staff and assistants were great, too. Thank you!

Alex and the entire staff at Ivy Rehab Club Fit Briarcliff were all tremendously professional, friendly and helpful. My experience every time I went for PT (2 to 3 times a week) was noting less than excellent. Alex worked closely with me to resolve my lower back issues and was very successful in finding me the right treatment plan. I highly recommend Ivy Rehab for any PT needs.

Again and again and again. I was billed incorrectly in September of 2022. While everyone I talk to acknowledges the mistake, no one at this office, no one in the customer service center and no one at corporate has been able to fix it. I’ve been through this now 5 or 6 times and every time I call my account “is flagged for review”. No one calls back. I left a 1 star review back in ‘22, which seemed to get their attention… so now that someone has recharged my account the balance they mistakenly billed me for, here’s another. The care they provide is good… but billing issues like these seriously impede my considering them as a physical therapy provider again.

I couldn't be more pleased with my experience at Ivy Rehab in Briarcliff. I am recovering from total knee replacement. The facility is large with a lot to offer. My therapy is three times a week at this point. In the time that I spend there, I do various exercises (time flies by) and have at least a half hour of my therapist working 'hands on' directly on my knee and leg. I have been working with Chris for the most part who is fantastic. He can answer any question I throw at him and has endless knowledge to share with me. He explains my recovery, each step of the way, and let's me know what to expect. He's available if I ever have a question or concern after I leave. All the employees at ivy Rehab that I've encountered are knowledgeable, skilled professionals. I feel very comfortable being there and everyone is very friendly. It makes it easy to be there three times a week.

Reena is an amazing therapist that has so much knowledge and just after two sessions I am already feeling much better! All of the aides..Alex, Jaclyn, Mike and Avery have been such a huge help during the appointments and Jenn at the front desk has helped so much with scheduling and is always very welcoming. I really enjoy the environment that is provided!
