I can't thank Dan enough for helping me regain my mobility and get back to walking without pain! His expertise, care, and personalized approach made all the difference in my recovery. From the very first session, he listened to my concerns and tailored a plan that worked perfectly for me. Each visit, I left feeling stronger and more confident. Dan’s professionalism and dedication to his patients are unmatched, and I highly recommend him to anyone in need of physical therapy. Thanks to him, I’m feeling great and pain-free again

Angela, Anna and Jade worked together to rehab my shoulder after my shoulder replacement. They were all really knowledgeable and answered all my questions. After 14 weeks, going twice a week, I completed my rehab. It’s a difficult rehab. One needs their knowledge, because there are weekly schedules to follow, so that you don’t ruin the surgery. I am in debt to them and I would recommend Ivyland Rehab Blue Bell for any PT needs. Thank ladies! You are the best!!

My experience at Ivy with Dan and team has been excellent thus far. I started going to pre-hab for knee surgery and they got me stronger in a short amount of time. I was then able to have surgery over the summer, which was ideal for my life obligations. I'm now in more frequent rehab and my sessions, though challenging, are a pleasure. The facility is clean and welcoming, I receive the amount of attention I require, and there is a lot of encouragement and positivity. I'm 2 weeks and change out from surgery and I've already made significant progress thanks to Dan and team. Every employee at this location is extremely warm and helpful and I'm very grateful to be in such good hands

Blue Bell is a nicely-equipped office, easy to reach, with expert, friendly therapists and staff. They make health care fun. My sessions are always enjoyable and effective.

I'm a C-6 tetraplegic(quad) so I have been to quite a few different rehab facilities. I came in to PTW Blue Bell for my shoulder and it is by far my favorite. They are extremely accommodating with accessibility and assistance with my limited function. But by far my favorite thing and what sets it above the others is how personable the staff is. Good people with good energy. They work well together to the point where I never once felt like I was waiting on someone to assist me or give me my next task(as has been the case with previous physical therapy centers). The PT that I personally work with; Steve, is extremely motivating and gives a lot of positive encouragement. Another more personal aspect about this location is they have "the subject of the day." Which creates conversation and engages the patients and providers and it forms a stronger connection that makes the experience that much more comfortable. On my very first day there was a sign out front welcoming me, personally.

Ivy Rehab Blue Bells provides such a positive and inviting environment. They always have music playing and a topic of the day to get the whole clinic talking. Recovery wise, I worked most closely with Steve. He made my long recovery feel so much faster. He genuinely cared about me and my progress and pushed me every session to get better. Steve always threw new exercises at me to keep my long recovery interesting. He challenged me to do more and to push myself, because of this I gained strength back much faster than I anticipated and was even cleared back to sports 3 months early! Although Steve was my main PT I also worked with Matt and Dan, they also brought the same positive encouragement and energy to each session and made my recovery possible!

I had an excellent experience at Ivy Rehab in BlueBell. On my first day at Ivy, I was 6 weeks post Achilles surgery, fresh out of a cast and on crutches. My Physical Therapist, Dan, treated me with knowledge, kindness and the sometimes necessary tough love. I received well-rounded care in the office (strengthening, mobility and weight-bearing training, manual therapy, TENS), as well as helpful exercises to complete at home. I was walking pain-free in my boot in a couple weeks and my emaciated calf has started to fill out. The advice and support I received gave me the confidence I needed to succeed. I could not be happier with the results I have had in just one month. Thank you!!

I've grappled with writing a negative review of this facility because a) I do not enjoy writing bad reviews, and b) the people who work here seem to be kind and caring. At the same time, my experience here was far from the 5 star reviews I pored over, which, along with proximity, ultimately influenced my decision to start PT at this facility. When I started in January (2024) I had generally mild (up to moderate) pain issues related to cervical radiculopathy and my main goal was to focus on a regimen that would allow me to get back into the gym, increase muscle training, and improve my lifestyle/fitness goals. My first session was great and included a thorough analysis, range of motion testing, measurements with treatment goals, and exercises loaded on an app. However, most of my subsequent sessions were primarily with a non licensed PT (a PT in training). At one session, a manual adjustment maneuver was performed by the non PT (as part of a treatment plan recommended by a PT). However, no PT was present when this was done, and since around that time, my pain levels have increased significantly. That NEVER should have happened!!! I only had about 10-11 sessions here, but as time went on, I clearly was not improving. Rather, my symptoms worsened and my faith in this facility waned, so I decided to discontinue treatment. While PT exercises were initially added to the app, that was rarely done after the initial session, and I was not always given consistent or easy to understand instructions about the exercises. I did express my concerns to the head PT Dan, when I called in to stop treatment. To his credit, he was concerned and did have me come back in for a consultation, and he referred me to pain management. He also advised that if I chose to resume treatment, it would only be with a licensed PT in the future. I did subsequently, undergo an MRI, which showed 2 herniated discs with nerve root involvement. I continue to be in significant, chronic pain much worse than when I started. I am still working on solutions and will restart PT at another facility this week. I recently had an injection without relief. I held off writing this review, hoping that my pain would improve, and in turn, I could put this subpar experience behind me, but unfortunately, I've been dealing with significant pain for some time now. In retrospect, I wish I had been a better advocate for myself and insisted on only working with a licensed PT at the jump (as I did have reservations with the arrangement but then dismissed them putting too much trust in all the 5 star reviews). I am writing this review not to bash this facility (as clearly many have had great outcomes here) but to encourage anyone reading this to advocate for themselves and demand high quality treatment with a licensed PT, otherwise you may be the guinea pig for someone new learning the ropes (which is NOT what I signed up for). As a counterpoint, perhaps my outcome would have been the same even had I worked only with a licensed PT; however, I will never know that for sure, and I will always recall my experience here as regrettable.
