Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy

Being a nurse I understand how important it is to treat a patient with respect and dignity while being therapeutic. Yet becoming the patient I felt vulnerable and scared. I was so touched by the exceptional care I received from Arleen, Maria and Joel. I’m grateful for the great care they provided me to help me recover quickly from my injuries. I highly recommend anyone needing physical therapy to go there!

This place is amazing. As a patient they provide the most relaxing care and really take time with their patients. Joel is amazing and he’s been there such a short time and has already done such a positive change to the atmosphere. So much brighter and lively

I swore off Physical Therapy years ago having had nothing but negative experiences however that all changed when I discovered Ivy Rehab in December 2019. From the very first time I walked in, I was greeted with smiles, care and warmth. My physical therapist is so attentive and caring, always making sure I'm comfortable and receiving the best treatment available. If there is anything my Physical Therapist can do to enhance my experience and assist with my recovery - it's done. The entire staff is so friendly and happy, we all talk and joke together - it seriously feels like family. I never knew physical therapy could be so great! I truly feel cared for here and without a doubt KNOW I am getting the best treatment out there. This will forever be the place I go for my Physical Therapy. 5 stars all across the board!

I have been coming to rehab over the past 4 years periodically. I had ACL reconstruction and meniscus repair back in 2016 and was in PT for about 8 months. My therapist Roger was absolutely amazing with helping me to heal and learning to walk again. Periodically I have needed to come back but each time it has always been a pleasant experience. I haven’t even thought about going anywhere else. The other therapists are also great and the supporting staff is so nice and friendly. Everyone is so patient and helpful with whatever you need. I would recommend Ivy Rehab to anyone! Always 5 stars in my book

This place is amazing. The staff is amazingly professional very helpful, very kind, and the most important thing I felt 100 percent better and their physical therapy prevented me for not getting surgery...I personally think 10 stars is not enough I would give them 50 stars....thank you, Fabian...

I have been a patient with this practice for approximately 3 months and I have never been disappointed! Arlene and Maria are fantastic professionals - They are knowledgeable, friendly and highly motivating. They helped me get my knee pain under control in no time and offered plenty of advice to manage the pain. The rest of the office staff is very friendly too and they make you feel right at home. I highly recommend this place and wouldn't hesitate for a minute to return to this practice!

I’ve been coming here since 2017 for my injuries on my knees and back. Recently came back. This is by far my favorite medical office. It is a memorable experience every time I come. Everyone is super friendly, sweet and it’s like an extended family. There is a lot of different equipment for a variety of different injuries. Several different tables, physical therapists, physical therapist aids, bathrooms and TVs. The perfect environment for recovery. Love this place. Dr. Roger is my DPT. Although, I’ve had Maria and Arlene. My sweetie pies. The massages are great! Conversation is great! Amazon fire stick is awesome. Snacks are a bonus. If you need PT don’t go any where else but go ivy rehab. Trust me. You’ll love it.

Writing this review on behalf of my elderly mother who doesn't use the internet! My mom was experiencing dizzy spells and falling due to inner ear crystal issues over the course of a few weeks. We came to Ivy for 4 visits (for vestibular therapy) and we are just blown away by how nice, attentive, and honest everyone is here. While sitting in the waiting area, other patients would walk in and say good morning to everyone. It just felt like a warm, welcoming community in general. The front desk staff was so great -- we accidentally overpaid the insurance co-pay and they called us a few days later to come get the refund. The physical therapist made nice conversation with my mom and me during the session, and even called my mom once a week for the 3 weeks following her last session to make sure she was doing okay and to ask if she needed anything else!!! That is above and beyond!!!!!! Highly, highly recommend this place.
