Ivy Rehab HSS Physical Therapy Center of Excellence

I had a significant injury and I have been working with ivy for a while now. They are very helpful and I enjoy coming to physical therapy. Staff is dependable, respectful, and, provides amazing care. I have never attended physical therapy before and thought it would be awkward but the staff jump right in and help break the ice. Upon arrival I am greeted with enthusiasm and excitement, it is a great atmosphere all around. I have built great relationships with other patients and staff; I am very appreciative for this experience.

Amazing place! Jayme and Steve worked with me to help me recover from my knee surgery and return to playing soccer. We changed up the therapy often to keep it interesting. They helped progress my exercises and adapt them to how I was feeling. Clean, quiet facility, and individual attention from the experts! Thank you!

I just completed PT at Ivy Rehab in Hamden, CT. Shawn Breen was my physical therapist and was extraordinary in every way. He was not only kind and patient, but extremely knowledgeable, I immediately felt confident that he could help me Shawn’s encouragement helped me to succeed. I began my PT with very painful knee pain and ended my weeks of therapy pain free. I feel lucky to have had such good care from such an experienced and exceptional professional. And I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the rest of the staff who were pleasant and welcoming. I have recommended Ivy Rehab and will continue to do so. Thank you Shawn!

Great experience as a first time patient today! MJ is awesome and got my insurance approved in minutes!! Worked with Jules and am looking forward to more sessions. UPDATE: Been coming here for a few weeks and am feeling great! MJ is always extremely accommodating with scheduling, very friendly and helpful! Jules works wonders!

Very positive experience including the facility which is clean, well appointed and bright. Even more impressive was the welcoming and professional atmosphere. From Jules, I had the best and most thorough evaluation of my issues. I left feeling that I am well on my way to seeing real improvement with my balance and gait issues. I can't wait for my next visit.

The BEST PT around! I've worked with several different PT centers and staff over the years, and Ivy Rehab is the absolute best. Their staff take a systemic approach to therapy, moving beyond the specific joint or Dx to treat the whole person, the entire issue. Their new office in Hamden is really convenient, and I love working with Jules. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Wonderful therapists here. Marybeth has helped me get back to where I was before I was injured. What a great feeling. I do the exercises she gave me to support all the work she does with me. She knows just what I need. It is a positive and happy place to be.

I recommend Ivy Rehab in Hamden. I came here first for my TMJ referred by my PCP. Very pleasant right when you walk in. Then right before my first appointment I tore half my calf muscle. I have been seeing Jules for some time know. She is very patient and caring. I look forward to my full recovery. Highly recommend.
