Ivy Rehab for Kids

The staff here are wonderful. My child loves all of their therapists, and my child has thrived under their care. The staff deserves five stars and is the only reason I'm being generous in not giving them a one-star review. I feel badly giving them anything less than a five-star review, but the billing department is [expletive deleted] atrocious. I need to send them a bill for my time, as if I don't have enough on my plate being the mom to a special needs child and working full-time. I have been back and forth for MONTHS with them. We were overcharged for several weeks at the beginning of 2024. I had the front desk fix the charges going forward, but because the incompetent billing department bills the wrong insurance or does not submit claims at all, or can't keep the authorizations current, the claims get rejected or don't show up at all in my insurance's portal. So now in their system, it shows that we owe them, which is incorrect. The next time I call, I am escalating this to a supervisor because at this point it is utterly unacceptable. I'm also considering reporting this to my insurance company because the insurance company should be aware of how their in-network facilities are operating. If you bring your child here, be alert and go over your insurance EOBs with a fine-tooth comb. Otherwise, you may end up paying for their mistakes.

My son has been with Ivy Rehab since Oct 2022. They have been so amazing with him. Every therapist he has seen has been so welcoming and always with a smile on their face. He is always ready to run inside and go play! They go over what they did after every session and you can sign on to the portal and see in detail what was completed in session. They have never hesitated in answering any questions or concerns. I highly recommend them to anyone.

We love Ivy Rehab for Kids! When I was seeking physical therapy services for my child, a friend of mine highly recommended Marisa and the rest of the PTs at this location. The PTs are so knowledgeable, caring and kind. We ended each session with noticeable progress each week (and my child had fun in the process). Thank you so much! I would highly recommend this practice and their team to any parents looking for PT and/or OT services.

My son went here when he was 3.5 years old for OT with a focus on regulating his behavior. My daughter at 6 weeks also did physical therapy. They are beyond amazing. All the women in the office are so kind and approachable. They have done wonders for my children! We highly recommend them.

This center is amazing! Lorine and her highly qualified team of specialists are phenomenal - my son absolutely loves coming here for his sessions. Thank you all so much for the wonderful work you are doing in our community helping our kids (and their families). Highly recommend!

All the the therapist are awesome here. This place feels like my sons second home!! My son has been going here for about 10 months and has made huge progress with occupational and speech. He has started physical therapy as well and it’s going great. I couldn’t have done this journey without everyone at Ivy!!

Our daughter has been going to Ivy in Lawrenceville for a few months for speech therapy and we have seen great progress in her learning, attention and how she communicates which we attribute to Ms. Elizabeth’s work with her. Ms. Elizabeth is sincerely caring, kind, patient and alot of fun so that speech therapy is a positive experience for our daughter to attend and something she enjoys working hard at. Elizabeth communicates after every session with updates and constructive guidance on things we can work on at home to make the most of her treatment success. She is very tuned into the individual child our daughter is and will adjust the treatment to how needed for her based on each day she is there and not generalize treatment as uniform for all children, but understanding in very supportive ways that our child has some days that are better then others. And Elizabeth always wears a sincere smile which my child can feel her genuine care to support and encourage her building her confidence greatly. We are so appreciative of Ms. Elizabeth working with our daughter for speech therapy.

What an amazing rehab center for kids. It was extremely easy to get an evaluation for my son as well as start services right away. We love our PT Marisa. She is happy, fun, engaging and so loving! Every other staff member is friendly and personable. I highly recommend this rehab! Thank you Lorine for opening up this spot in our area!
