Ivy Rehab for Kids

Tanya Cruz has worked with my son after his surgery for club foot. She was amazing and my son worked so well with her. She made his exercises in session and at home fun and engaging. We can’t thank her enough for the help she has given us.

My grandson loves going to Ivy rehab . Super friendly staff .The only down side with Ivy is scheduling. I waited so long to receive a 3 o'clock appointment time to be put back at a 2 o'clock appointment time. Very frustrating 😡.

My wife and I absolutely love the staff at this new location. Miss Hailey is the best ever. My 9 year old autistic son adores her and is really the only person so far we have been able to get him to really open up to. He has improved in every area she has worked on with him. And the way she celebrates his wins means the world to him! We have followed her to 3 locations!!

My last appointment was a waste of time. I came to the appointment where I was told there by 230 and the person at the front desk told me I never had an appointment set up. I had to leave work early and drive from Goochland then pick my son from Southside to get to Sandston by 230 I called to speak with the manager who was supposed to review the call which I told her the date and the time someone called me to put my appointment date in. I also asked for the Regional or District manager to call me back. OVER A MONTH ago and no one has called me back. Worst experience I have every had not to mention is 2 months time I had to speak with the office manager for poor customer service when I set the original appointment up.

We love LOVE Ms Tanya! She is super sweet and my son adores her 😊 She was able to have the rest of my son’s treatment scheduled out that accommodates my schedule! She’s our favorite start to our week❤️ The front desk team is amazing and super kind! *Previously seen at the Mville location, they are just as amazing as the Sandston team❤️*

Tanya and Haley are the perfect duo ! Always providing great energy and enthusiasm !! Hayden would ask me every single day if he got therapy just to see you guys , they honestly motivate him to do better and I just wanna thank you both for being so nice and caring 😇

The whole staff is super friendly… Elizabeth is so awesome with my son. Super happy I chose this location

My son has seen nothing but improvements since going here. Ms. Tanya is the best!
