Ivy Creek Urgent Care of Enterprise

There was a ridiculous wait. I gave 3 stars only because the lovely lady that took my vitals. She was the most pleasant part of my trip. She hadn't even got to take a lunch break and it was 1:50pm.

Not feeling my best yesterday. My Son told me about Ivy Creek Urgent Care. I arrived at 6:20PM and was in and out in under 45 minutes. They sent prescription electronically to the drug store. Twelve hours after starting the med I could feel the beginning of improvement. Thank You Nurse Practitioner Emily Jefferey’s and your entire staff. Great Job., J Blackstock

I and my husband have both been to this facility a few times over the years. We've been treated very well and my husband's foot was saved from a poisonous spider bite back in 2017. Yesterday I was seen by Samantha. She was fantastic on information and recommendations showing great concern for my health. Over all the entire staff was very pleasant. The lady with the beautiful necklace with her grandchildrens photos did a wonderful job making me feel comfortable from the start. I received 2 injections by a young lady in training and I didn't hardly feel them going in. We need more people like this in the medical field.

I wouldn’t take my dead dog to this facility. For starters the receptionist NEVER checked me in, so that was almost an hour of waiting for no reason with 3 people going in front of me that CAME AFTER ME! Then once I get to the back it’s another hour of waiting without seeing the NP. I left the place after waiting 2 1/2 hours and I still don’t know what is wrong with me. The receptionist HALEY needs a new job. She does not belong in health care if she cannot show any compassion to people.

These people are very rude and unprofessional. My husband had to take a SIMPLE DRUG TEST here, and they couldn’t even do this right. They never sent his information on their end to his employer, causing him to not be able to work for 2+ weeks. They’re under staffed and the staff that does work there act like they hate their lives. The attitudes and the eye rolls we received were UNREAL. WOULD NOT recommend!!

Don’t go here if you actually want to get treated! I’m not a complainer but me and my husband have both had a bad experience here over the last year. I’m very understanding and patient when it comes to being short staffed but this seems to be a bigger issue. The way they treat their patients is neglectful. My husband went in to be treated for a rash which ended up being poison oak. They said they would call him in a steroid cream and sent him on his way. That’s great, except it was never called in. It took 3 days of him calling and finally asking for a refund that they finally called it in (3 DAYS LATER). Totally unacceptable. I came in to be treated for a sinus infection. They swabbed me for covid and flu which were negative so they swabbed me again for a full respiratory panel and said they would treat me based off of the results. They said to call for the results the next day after 12 if I didn’t receive a call from them yet. I called 3-4 times between 3pm-7 and all I got was “the doctor hasn’t reviewed the results yet” and when I called around 6:30 they said it would be in the morning. Here I am two days after my visit still suffering with no results and no treatment but they got their copay and charged my insurance so good for them!

Worst experience I have ever had at a walk-in clinic. Will never return. Told to come back anytime for test results. Came back over an hour before closing and was told the nurse practitioner wasn’t seeing anyone. I had to make 4 trips to get seen and get results. All of which I would have understood, if I was treated well, but receptionist was extremely rude and unapologetic for clinics mistakes.

Absolute worst medical care, or non-care that is. They are just looking to collect money by doing the least possible.
