Several years after experiencing a broken ankle, I asked for physical therapy to improve my ankle strength and range of motion. They taught me the right exercises to do at home and eased the pressure from scar tissue. They're both dedicated professionals!
Clare helped me to regain my ability to become active after a severe ankle sprain. I was given different exercises each week which helped me to see/feel my improvement and not get discouraged. Highly recommend!
I had a hip injury that Kaitlyn helped me heal in a handful of visits. She also helped me strengthen a collapsed arch in my foot after a podiatrist told me the only solution was to purchase and wear orthotics. I highly recommend these folks.
