IROC is a best-in-class physical therapy & personal training clinic. Noticeably, right from the beginning, the clientele feel welcomed into a family atmosphere. With a focus on positive treatment outcomes, a different type of excellence is achieved at IROC. Clients’’ cases are reviewed weekly with the entire staff in a collaborative method similar to hospital Grand Rounds. Everyone benefits from the teaching environment. Choose IROC and don’t look back.

I've been in muscle and nerve pain for over a year. During that time, I did physical therapy with some of the big, well known names in the area. I finally found the perfect fit for me at IROC in Avon. The office books a limited number of patients each hour so you really get personalized, hands on attention. Hands on is the key. It makes all the difference in the world. I love all the physical therapists. They will modify my sessions based on my level of pain on any given day. A wonderful therapist (doctor)named Kurt, introduced me to dry needling. His skilled hands place acupuncture type needles in pain areas to stimulate the muscles and nerves back to their proper working order. It didn't hurt at all. I am so happy to have been introduced to this procedure. I think it's going to work for me.👍 I highly recommend IROC for a new PT experience.

The best physical therapy in Indianapolis! I’ve been to a few others and no where has been able to help me as quickly as IROC. I was in so much pain when I called and the receptionist was so nice and helped find me a time to get right in! I saw Frank and he is very knowledgeable!

the staff is very pleasant and seem to have a sincere interest in your wellbeing. For most of my visits Amy has been the key therapist. She is well trained and excellent at advising treatment for not only recovering but preventing any recurrence.

I have received excellent care at IROC. I have had problems with my foot for more than two years. I tried PT with somewhere else with no luck, and after having surgery, I was referred to Kurt at IROC at the Avon location and I am already seeing improvements. The atmosphere is always welcoming and friendly, and the therapists explain why certain movements, exercises, and therapies will help my progress. They truly care about me, my goals, and my progress.

So delighted to be back at Iroc. Over the summer, I had knee replacement and I was fitted for a brace on my foot to stabilize my bones. I thought I would never recover. Iroc has come to my rescue and I believe they will assist me in recovering my ability to walk without assistance.

As my knee was improving, I shared with Bryson that I missed my volunteer work at Second Helpings was wondering when my knee could handle the stopping and lifting required. Bryon mocked up a test station so I could try it out under supervision. He also showed me how to improve my movement to avoid injury. Made my day! I was able to get back on the schedule. Thank you!

After having bad knee pain for years I got to the point where I had to try, once again, to find someone who could help me. I had previously been to two different ortho docs. Shelbourne offered no help. The Midwest center for joint replacement at least helped with injections and a physical therapy prescription. While I had had good results from one of the big chain PT places multiple times their therapy didn’t help with my knees. I scoured the Google and came across Iroc PT. While skeptical of all 5 Star reviews I decided I had nothing left to lose. I’m not exaggerating when I say that Franks diagnosis and treatment has made a huge, positive impact on my life. He diagnosed me with Patellar Femoral pain. Neither Ortho doc ever mentioned that diagnosis. I used to dread walking down stairs, sitting with my knees bent for extended periods of time and standing at concerts. It was in June of 2024 that I started therapy at Iroc. I had 6 treatments before we moved out of state; to Colorado. Fast forward to November ‘24. We’ve been in Colorado since mid July. I have been able to go on beautiful, strenuous hikes in the mountains, mostly pain free or a tolerable level of pain. I once again look forward to going to all the concerts that I love going to. Don’t get me wrong it’s an ongoing process. If I don’t keep doing the exercises he gave me my knee pain starts creeping back in. At this point I don’t think I can ever be 100% pain free all of the time, BUT 90-95% of the time I have minimal discomfort in my knees thanks to Frank and the rest of his staff. This was a long winded way of saying that I cannot recommend Iroc PT enough!
