IRG Physical & Hand Therapy - Smokey Point

I broke my knee cap on June 9, 2023. I found IRG (Smokey Point), I can't tell you much I believe in this location and specifically Elizabeth Davis, my therapist. She has given me a flexible knee and the tools to keep getting better.

I'm really pleased with my physical therapy with Erin. She has given me great tools to improve my knees. I'm extremely comfortable and confident with my care and would highly recommend her. Thank you!

I pay attention to reviews, and for this location they were 5 star. I try to be punctual for appointments, but in addition to that, one is required to sign a statement that you will be charged for not giving 24 hr notice for missing an appointment. Fair enough, scheduling others for the timeslot would require it. I was at IRG for an initial visit, making sure I would be a couple of minutes early with a 20 mile drive. But I sat a half hour, cooling my heals, waiting to be seen. While the therapists were clearly behind schedule, they were casually chatting with clients, clearly no concern with being behind. When the therapist was finally free, she took her time to ask me over. There was no "sorry for the delay" or even "thank you for waiting" The complete lackadaisical attitude did not instill any confidence in her abilities. I felt a complete disrespect of my time. Great first (and last) impression. I did not schedule any further therapy appointments. Once you see how you are treated, you know what to expect. I'll write this off as a waste of time and will go elsewhere for therapy. When we do our due diligence in selecting a physical therapist, we look at reviews and I only post this to let others know what to expect.

I love IRG, Smokey Point. From the time I walked in the door I was treated like I belonged there. Maria mainly worked with me through 2 leg surgery rehabs and 1 shoulder replacement rehab. She was super. I also worked with 3 other techs and they were all great too. No complaints. And yes, I tell everyone who I know who needs rehab to go there.

Great hand therapist who are knowledgeable and caring. Great working with them.
