I have been seen at IRG physical therapy on NW. Market St. in Seattle. Rosemary is my PT. She has been helping me rehab my shoulder after total reverse shoulder replacement. She has been an excellent practitioner, and has been very patient with my lack of coordination! The clinic is clean, the space has very high ceilings and feels airy. I am very satisfied with my care at IRG. I previously was seen at another local PT office and did not feel as well taken care of as I have here.

My experience at IRG has been so great! The staff and therapists are so nice and caring. I really feel taken care of by Katie and team. They want to help me feel better and I really appreciate it!

PT has been essential in regaining function and trust in my dislocated, torn shoulder. IRG feels like a crossfit gym for broken people, all of us in a shared space, each working out his own recovery, with a common purpose. I like the vibe, my rehab sessions with Dr. Padilla, and am making rapid progress. Chances are quite good that I may live a normal life again when our work is complete. Don't skimp on the PT.

I’ve been seen by both PTs and OTs at IRG- Ballard over the past 2 years. They have an incredible staff with wide variety of expertise. Whatever you are dealing with, even if your PT/OT doesn’t have the knowledge, they work collaboratively as team to treat patients in a holistic way. It is a very refreshing experience compared to other healthcare settings.

IRG cancelled two of my appointments on very short notice and even when they did honor my appointment, I was almost always kept waiting well past the appointment starting time. My last appointment that wasn't cancelled started 15 minutes late. There are lots of good PTs out there who are more professional and respectful of your time. It was especially maddening because there is a sign at the entry threatened to charge customers $50 if they cancel on short notice. They don't hold themselves to the same standard. Update: I've already discussed this with the manager and no remedy was offered. I'll be using a different PT provider going forward

IRG gave me the best physical therapist I’ve ever had - Yifei Xiao. She has an amazing knowledge of knee function and anatomy and detected subtle differences in the way I walk just by observation and listening to what I said. The exercises she prescribed actually made a difference in my gait and reduced knee pain I’ve had for years and thought was incurable. With my original gait my knees got worse with every step but now walking correctly is making me stronger and I have less chronic knee pain. Thanks Yifei!

The staff and doctors are just lovely. I came in not being able to get an appointment with my doctor for six weeks out. I hoped I could get an appointment with them but insurance wasn't covered there. They , out of pure compassion saw me right away on the spot, did what they could to give me some relief that helped me a lot. And did it for FREE. Pure compassion that is never seen these days. They are absolutely saints. Glenn Estes 💕
