Iredell Health System

This was the best service we have ever received. They beat all other systems hands down. The staff is caring and attentive. I wish we had used them when I had my eye surgery. Charlotte office was a mess and gave my appointment slot away without even asking me or letting me know. This facility was so fantastic they could teach others the way patients should be treated. I was delighted with our service while there.

At this time I had an MRI done on my right shoulder. The gentleman that took me in was fantastic. He talked with me. He joked with me. He made me feel right at home one of the best times that I’ve had at Iredell health systems many other times have been a train wreck, but this gentleman took care of me in a good way and I thank him for it. I’d like to just say thank you very much in a roundabout way forgiving me the experience that I should have had many times, but have so to this gentleman that took care of me I thank you And praise God for talking me through everything that he has done well giving me my MRI again thank you, sir. I don’t remember your name. I’m sorry but thank you for the awesome experience.

Absolutely the most caring, kind, and professional staff in the area. I've been in many hospitals and wouldn't go anywhere else. They took excellent care of my 95 year old mother and never stopped smiling the entire time. I felt completely at ease leaving her in their care when I couldn't be there. She was happy and comfortable her entire stay.

Outstanding hospital! I've been to both the ER and Same Day Surgery, and found both departments to be staffed with an excellent crew. They were all very highly skilled and extremely courteous. This will be the only hospital that I will use from now on.

The staff was wonderful and very kind to me. I was scared and sick everyone from the ER to the room service staff make me feel cared for. They all made me feel special and important to them.. I felt they all were all there for me! You have a great staff. Thank you so much for providing a kind healing atmosphere.

Very professional, very caring atmosphere from reception to out the door. Liked the new paper gowns that allow patient to adjust cold/heat. Good communication to me in operating room before putting me under.(Really, good communication all times, operating room most important) The brief foot massage was a sweet touch, thanks to whoever did that!! She knows bottoms of feet may be ticklish, but tops no problem and relaxing.

Everyone was so wonderful to my husband for the 6 days he was there. Such a clean hospital. Tanya and Samantha were his nurses in the 5th floor and I’ve never met better more accommodating nurses, they treated him like he was family.

Quite happy with everything. The staff, doctors, nurses, etc. All nice folks. Only problem is I arrived at hospital a bit before my 10am appointment, got all prepped, then didn't go into surgery until noon. 2 hour wait time? I get it, things happen & staff need lunch/ breaks, scheduling is hard.
