I received amazing results from the treatment I received from Dr. Missy. I was diagnosed with TMJ a few years ago from arthritis in my neck. My jaw was constantly tight with frequent earaches and headaches. She questioned me about a fall I took several years ago where I hit the side of my head resulting in 9 staples. She proceeded to work on the side of my head, my neck and inside my mouth manipulating my jaw. This work is subtle and gentle but really surprisingly impactful. I had a really intense emergency appendectomy in middle school and started hearing of some connections between that surgery and other effects in your body, which I was experiencing. I feel so much more open through work with Dr. Missy and all of my issues improved and continue to improve. I think it's really good work for all bodies to try because we likely all could use a little tune up, no matter what you've gone through!
