Intown Physical Therapy

Intown PT helped me recover from 2 joint replacements (knee and hip) in as many years. They got me back on my feet quickly and moving freely. I plan on using Intown PT for my other knee replacement which is imminent if not immediate.

The dry needling I've received here has changed my life. I had received a neurosurgical consult before coming here to address my back problems and wanted to do anything but back surgery. I had gotten used to spending weeks of my life unable to walk, or sleep, without excruciating pain. I didn't have any one injury or issue- just a "bad back" (or so I thought). I have been going here off and on for about a year and a half now. I wish I would have known sooner. I no longer have anything more than a day or two of mild back pain. When I get any pain- I schedule a couple sessions here and it's avoided. I used to be scared to exercise, and now I'm consistently exercising. I mostly see Jenn, but I've seen everyone in the office I believe, and they're all great. Jenn is so knowledgeable about pain pathways- I simply tell her where it hurts, and she's already made a plan on how to fix it. Can't recommend this place enough!

Ingrid Anderson has been my PT since a reverse shoulder replacement in 2017 and worked with me on other conditions including prehab and rehab for knee replacement in 2022. She and her team give targeted, effective and individual attention to their clients. This isn't a PT "factory" where you simply do exercises while there. Ingrid was able to relieve issues caused by referred pain as my new joints healed. These therapists dig deep to find resolution and get you on a path to being in your best body possible. The practice is welcoming and a pleasure to visit!

Ingrid and Kayla are both excellent therapists. They are very adept at dry needling and manual therapy. They both have helped my pelvic floor pain immeasurably! The office is comfortable and convenient and Katie is always helpful with scheduling and answering questions!

As a former PT at Intown (I only left to go back to grad school), I can't seem to stay away and have returned as a patient! Have also recommended Ingrid and the team to family members and friends. Y'all, this is an excellent place to go to for PT. You are given 1:1, high quality attention. Heard of dry needling? Ingrid and Jennifer wrote the book on it - Literally! (Ask them!). These are highly skilled, kind, patient, non-judgey therapists. Katie at the front desk is a gem and the new clinic is beautiful. Go see them!

Intown PT has been my go to for all my PT needs. While it’s not always comfortable and you need to do your part of the work Ingrid has been a trusted and valued part of my personal care team for years. A true gem who really cares and wants you at your best. I can’t recommend her enough.
