I had an exceptional experience at the physical therapist office. Their attention to detail in guiding me towards recovery was truly commendable. Genesis the patient care coordinator , was not only efficient but also added a welcoming touch to my visits. Grateful for their comprehensive care and friendly atmosphere!

So far, I arrived at 10:30 am for a 11am appt. It is now 2:20. I have to say. The doctor came at 10am, they said he ran late. I can understand that, he's a doctor, he may come from another practice or event. I'll return to give my opinions after my visit. I'm not to happy a day after the 2020 election. Added Secretary staff apologized for having me wait so long. I'm way to patient. The staff actually forgot I was there, even tho I announced myself a second time. That was way to unprofessional. The doctor was pleasant, can't knock him for the front staff screw-up!!

Highly recommend, staff is friendly and very welcoming. Therapist are great at what they do. They guided and answered any questions i had through the entire recovery. 10/10 👌🏽

All the receptionist have great communication there and are very nice and friendly. The therapist are great as well to help deal with your pain and they give you great exercises to work on at the office and to work on home.

They are very good, the physicians was great they were able to help me with any information needed and the physical therapists are awesome my back feels way better

I had a exceptional in-counter in any off the staff in the office, there are very helpful and very friendly and does physical therapy the performance are excellent they guide you throughout your session it's help me a lot, keep it up PM & R .

The entire staff, including physicians and physical therapists, is outstanding. The office staff and managers are very efficient. If you meet these people, you'll never want to go anywhere else.

I’ve been a patient here for a few years and overall have had good experiences with Evelyn the office manager, Denise and of course Dr. Abromov. Recently they have added a few people that have dampened my experience there. Michelle the receptionist hung up the phone on me and Genesis kept promising she’d get back to me but never did. It’s been over two weeks and I’m waiting for a simple stamp. I hope this changes.
