Everyone at this place looks down on the patients. You're treated like second class citizens. at times I think winning the lottery is easier than a returned phone call...I had 30 great years with no health issues. That all changed suddenly. Since then I've seen roughly 20 different doctors and their offices. This is BY FAR THE WORST DOCTORS OFFICE. If this office is your only option, ask for P.A. Todd. He's the best. He still cares for his patients.

I had a procedure yesterday. When I was leaving and getting into my suburban my leg gave out and down I went. The 2 male nurses jumped into action and stopped me from what could have been a serious injury. I didn’t get their names. As an obese woman you don’t always get kind and respectful help. These gentlemen showed the upmost kindness and respect. I feel they were concerned and only wanted the best outcome. I appreciate them very much. Thank you for being such kind gentlemen.
Wait times are consistently at least an hour for every appointment. Office staff are generally unpleasant. Definitely get the feeling that they aren’t happy to be there and their patients are a burden.
Very rude have been waiting 3 months after my first visit for a call or anything an I get nothing they say they sent for an injection to be approved to my insurance. Come to find out they haven’t done nothing a just got very rude about me calling an asking simple questions like what’s going on! They don’t care about their patients. I would stay away an schedule somewhere else.
I have been under the care of Dr. Lipman, Dr. Bonus, and Dr. Diya for two years now. My experience is extraordinary. I've had chronic back pain for 45 years. It takes time to fully understand what contributing issues cause the spasms, restrictions, and severe pain. They listen to me & my wife, also a patient. Through a series of injections, RFA, and finally a procedure called "Intercept". I am largely pain free. No spasms. Free movement, and pain related anxiety has diminished. The Staff is amazing. Office staff is lazy, rude, never calls back, treats patients like they're beneath them. They have proven on many occasions the staff cares about paychecks and not patient care. They have lost orders from my other Dr requesting treatment. They blamed it on the Dr not sending it. My Dr had confirmation of receipt. Lying so they don't look Incompetent is a regular occurrence. The Dr's are wonderful. Too bad they have hired people who gleefully like to make the patients suffer for fun.
I do not know why anyone could complain about their Chico office. I did have a problem once or twice; I spoke to the doctor and Misty and never had a problem again. Fact is they have been more like friends than office workers, and the doctors are fantastic. I went to another pain clinic prior to IPS and you talk about nasty, rude, uncaring people. I cannot give IPS enough praise. If you don't go to IPS your Nuts. Greg Hartwell
I have been a patient of Dr. Bonis' for approximately 1 year. He is a very knowledgeable, kind, caring Doctor that does not give up on his patients. If he is behind schedule, it is because he spends time with his patients and gives you the same respect during your visit. The girls in the office have been very kind and helpful, I have never had a bad experience. It is a very busy office and sometimes getting a call through can take awhile but I don't feel that reflects on the Doctors or staff.
