I've been trying to get in to see my surgeon several times after an image was ordered by a different provider. My surgeons staff has canceled the appointments and left a note in my chart saying they are the only ones who can schedule my appointments with him. I feel like im being kicked out of his practice as a staff member is going behind my surgeons back and calling on a non-healthcare line to cancel my appointment. Also, i feel like the staff thinks im coming in to see him "JUST BECAUSE" and that is not the case. Not to mention, I'm not able to talk to him at all, and his PA, whom I have never met, called me wks ago and was rude and talking to me in a non-professional manner. This is not the patient care one should experience when needing to see a doctor. If I could go outside IHC I would. Due to my insurace, I stuck to this healthcare group.

I have been going here periodically since having a hip replacement in 2019. Every time I go here, they are " running behind." Every time I go here, I have to wait AT LEAST an hour, and usually more! This is not worth the $45 copay for a routine check-up with a P.A. (not even a doctor!) A staff member who helped with my x-ray confirmed to me this is the norm. Based on this information, I can only conclude the staff is either completely incompetent in scheduling or they are purposely over-scheduling their patients in order to maximize profits, which just makes for a miserable experience for the patients who have better things to do than waiting two hours for a routine exam. Please note: This review is not a reflection of the doctor's service, but of the experience waiting as a patient. Unfortunately, after waiting for so long, the quality of care from the doctor is irrelevant and getting out of there is your only objective.

The folks that work here are the nicest and most kind I've ever seen. Professional and caring! The cafeteria needs an overhaul though. I ordered a pancake and 2 scrambled eggs. There was no pancake mix so i ordered french toast. The cook did not scramble the eggs. He just broke the yolk on the grill. They were way too salty and there was no sugar free syrup in the front or back. I expected better.

Dr Wiley is really trying to pinpoint root issues my 16 year old has with mobility. I trust him and would recommend him, especially to parents of older adolescents that have been tossed around and need answers. Also the PT he works with, Tyson, is amazing too. They are really working hard to figure out what's happening with my kiddo. So glad we found them!

Dr Widmer was very knowledgeable and honest about my condition and options. On the MRI follow up, he explained my options and what he thought was best and had me walking out feeling great after a quick, nearly painless shoulder injection. My shoulder still feels great nearly 8 months later. Highly recommend for shoulders!

I’ve seen a lot of the doctors there but lately it just seems that the Wait time just to get into the doctors over an hour if you make appointments later in the afternoon but the other day I went in the morning and the wait time was over an hour before I got to see the doctor when I checked in so that’s why I’m giving But their doctors are great. Just need to get them to move on a little bit.

I am so grateful to the amazing surgical team at Tosh, Doctor Van Borem and the amazing nurses. I was panicking and nervous the entire time but the whole team made me feel comfortable and safe. I had a scope and ligament restructuring on my ankle. I’m 5 days post-op and feeling great. Though not about to go running anytime soon.

I tore 3 of my 4 ligaments in a 40 ft. fall at Bridal Veil Falls. TOSH has been wonderful to work with. They do their best to schedule appts. around your busy schedule. My therapists have been attentive and caring. They've listened to me and addressed my concerns. I've been able to recover almost to full health and strength. TOSH therapists and doctors have insured that I don't push myself to quickly. They've given me excellent recovery plans and goals with realistic expectations. I even had some billing issues with my insurance that could have been a fiasco but TOSH billing stepped in to make sure everything was "coded" appropriately. I'm so grateful for the care I've received I would recommend them to anybody who needs orthopedic care.
