Personable and extremely helpful. I have sustained two injuries related to work, and through their hands-on therapy and rehab plan, I noticeably improved each time. I have recovered completely from first injury, and I am currently working through my second injury 3 years later that is on a completely different area of my body.

The physical therapists here really listen to your individual concerns and work with you in a very personalized way.

I literally could not be any happier with my experience at the Saratoga PT clinic! I’ve been seen by both Travis and Dani over the course of several years and have found them both to be professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and compassionate. They made the process of healing and strengthening my muscle issues both enlightening and enjoyable. Amy in administration is also a fantastic patient advocate. She has helped me resolve scheduling concerns on numerous occasions and deserves a gold star for running an efficient ship. Give these people a raise! 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Dani is amazing! When I heard she was an "assistant" I was hesitant, but she is very bit as good as the therapists. I highly recommend her! She's amazing to work with!!

I am so thankful for the staff here, seriously so sad that I don’t need physical therapy anymore. I had ACL Replacement surgery in feb and just completed my PT. Amy at the front desk is the cutest human and is just so nice and attentive, always on top of everything! And Travis was my therapist, just THE best. He is hilarious, knowledgeable, understanding and always made me feel comfortable, confident and cared for. There are so many good things to say about them and I am going to miss my visits so much!

At the first appointment they asked for my insurance card. I was never given an option to pay cash or told how much they would be billing my insurance (I know, I should have asked for cash pricing). Five appointments later I got my bill for over $1200. I called to see if there was anything that could be done to change it. They said if I had paid cash from the start I would have gotten 40% off. I was never offered that at my initial appointment. They wouldn't budge on the bill. The whole thing seemed shady and a bit like a money grab. I just wish they were more up front about pricing from the start. Great therapists though.

Front office was not helpful, told me that my insurance was in network bu saying the bill the American fork hospital and my insurance said well yes it’s in network. Later mid apt the front office say it’s not covered... the front office was misleading y saying that to my insurance company. Also because it wasn’t out of network all of the sudden my apt ended. Didn’t feel comfortable there. Had a bad experience. The physical therapies was very nice!!!! :)

I had a knee replacement and I love this staff! They are friendly, professional, and caring., I have really felt well taken care of during this entire recovery process. You guys Rock!!
