Intermountain Health Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation - Rose Canyon Clinic

I booked an appointment and spoke with someone personally. I remember because she said she wasn't sure if they took my insurance and I told her it was okay and I wanted the appt anyway. Fast forward the TWO weeks it took me to get in and I get myself to my car and drive to their location (driving is very painful). When I arrive, they do not have my appt. They are rude and dismissive and so I'm sitting in their parking lot trying to wait until it's a little less painful to drive and decided to share my very bad experience with them I hope this post may prevent another from experiencing the same.
