I received top-notch care by everyone at this facility. My exercises were customized for me and I was taught proper techniques to lessen the likelihood I would re-injure. The dry-needling reached some stubborn areas and I’ve continued to make progress. Physical therapy can be ongoing and you usually start out “broken” and in all likelihood you won’t leave brand new. A realistic mindset is trying to lessen the brokenness. It’s not easy and you have to be patient and work with your therapist. Laurel is a great therapist - one who is willing to adapt, teach, and communicate.

If I could rate this place with a negative number I would. I gave it a 1 because the front desk people are friendly and helpful. But, the therapists have no idea what they are doing and set my husband's recovery back to a point he may have to have surgery again. They didn't follow the surgeon's instructions and set their own plan based on their opinion. One even instructed him to increase his Tylenol and Ibuprofen mg even though he was on a blood thinner injection and under strict restrictions by the Dr. And pharmacist. I called and complained and was told the manager (one of the therapists working on him) would call me back, but nobody ever contacted us back regarding this or anything else. He was ordered 3 visits a week, which I scheduled out on 2 separate occasions for 6 weeks, and they cut him back to 2 then 1 per week. The first time I asked about this and expressed concern about what was going on I was told the doctor approved it. I called the doctor, they hadn't spoken to anyone there and were insistent he be seen 3 times a week. I rescheduled all appointments again. They reduced them again... again without doctor approval. We found a place that is hopeful that can get him back on the road to recovery but he had regressed so much it's uncertain at this point. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE! TOY WILL REGRET IT!
Nicole Nokleby is excellent.
