A terrible business that deserves to shut down. They rescheduled my appointment twice, and then chose to call me and tell me they’re no longer accepting new patients. SCL in general should be ashamed of the way they choose to run their business.

Dr. Melody Noe is the best. She has always been so helpful to me.

I've been a patient at this practice off and on for a couple of years now, and this team has unlocked my ability to lead a full, adventurous, and joyful life. Working with Sara Landgrave (PT, DPT) has taken the fear out of my chronic back pain. She has empowered me to grow the confidence and strength I needed to become healthier and more active than ever. I love the holistic approach Dr. Brian Altman takes to his practice and how he highlights the impact of mental health on physical recovery, and that he's able to offer new tools and insights each time I'm struggling with a relapse of back pain. Dawn Powell-Londono (L.Ac) showed me the incredible impact that acupuncture can have in helping me both bounce back from and prevent painful episodes. And I know that when I do relapse into a difficult episode, Sara, Brian, and Dawn will all be there to help me pull myself back up again. Thanks to them, I haven't been to the ER in years! The administrative staff has made me feel welcome and supported for my entire journey with the practice as well. They always work to fit me into the schedule when I need help, and they are unfailingly kind and empathetic. I look forward to seeing them each time I visit. I can't express the gratitude I feel for each of these humans and how they have unlocked my ability to lead a full, adventurous, and joyful life. I truly am healthier and stronger than I've ever been, and I can't overstate the impact they have had on my life. The only downside to this whole experience is that I keep getting better and better, and have fewer excuses to make appointments!

Dr. Brian David Altman and his staff are excellent caring professionals. They are willing to listen to you and work out a plan to help you get better. He is very encouraging and tells you how it is. Sara in the Physical Therapy department is an amazing person and really cares about you getting better. She is kind and understanding. So glad to be seeing these wonderful people.

This is the most comprehensive Spine Clinic that I have ever gone to. They are very welcoming and on the spot. I have never had to wait. If I have a question, all I have to do is text the question, and I get an answer usually within 1/2 hour. I saw Dr. Nack first. She set my treatment plan right away. I saw the staff psychologist for a few visits. She thought I was fine. Then I saw the person in charge of my pain meds. She was very thorough and really nice. Then I have been in physical therapy and Deb is the greatest. All these people are in one clinic and that makes it easy. It’s a wonderful place.

Dr Altman is a very professional and caring Doctor. For the first time in years i finally got some answers to my pain issues!! I feel very hopeful and I would recommend him to anyone suffering back and hip pain. also he has several outstanding people in is office who specialize in pain. From PT to Mental assistance they are all very caring indiviuals who respect you as a patient. and a person. You are not just another face. You matter there. The staff from day one has always been very welcoming and courteous, from the moment when I made my appointment and through the entire process. I am especially happy with Dr.Altman and PT Melissas professionalism and how they have treated me since my first appt. He listens and explains everything in a way that is very easy to understand which I appreciated very much. ! I am beyond happy and satisfied with the treatment being given by them and how patient they both are. I wish I could rate this entire office a 10. ER

Absolutely one of the best clinics I've ever visited. They operate on a full body model including mental health. I went here 3 years ago convinced I would need to start preparing for a spinal fusion. I ruptured my L5S1 disc a few years back and was told I would probably need a fusion with 5-7 years. I went through their treatment protocol which included PT, Dry Needling, meds and regular visits. I spent about 6 months the first time and then another couple of months about 14 months later when my back flaired up. But the great news is that my back is still at a point where I don't need surgery. I have the confidence and faith that I can hold off for quite a while before ever needing the fusion. Their office is well connected with each part of the group, i.e. PT communicates with the doc, the doc with PT and the mental health side. Very well run. Dr. Ksiazek has a brilliant mind and an interest in mechanical engineering so she not only knows the medicine, she also understands better than any other doctor I've seen on how the body works. She tailors her treatment to make your body mechanically sound. Melissa the Physical therapist is excellent, very knowledgeable and in tune. She communicates extremely well and doesn't seem to have a pre-conceived notion about what the patient says. The rest of the staff has always been very friendly and professional.
