I am so greatful for the work I do with Jeremiah at international Fitness. I came to him in unbearable pain with a ruptured spinal disk and made rapid progress. I can’t tell you what a relief it is to be out of pain. I thought for sure I would choose spinal surgery but found that was not needed. The work we do is a big part of my recovery. It is so great to be guided and cared for in my recovery from injury.

A friend recommended Intentional Fitness and Jeremiah worked his magic by accessing my WHOLE body, not just my shoulder. I am now back squatting and doing overhead presses! For years I have been going from physical therapist to physical therapist trying to solve this issue I was having with my back. For a man in his mid-20’s and ex-athlete it shouldn’t be so difficult to get out of bed in the morning or put my shoes on. After several months of work I am now a walking testimony that the work that Intentional Fitness does with Bio-mechanics has healed me and got me back to a point where I can workout intensely again. I didn’t realize how the pain in my body was effecting my mood and relationships in my life until I was healed and then I realized how much I had been projecting my pain onto others. This place is MAGIC! I came in to see Jazz because I had been experiencing prolonged knee pain/discomfort despite not having had a knee injury. It was majorly hindering my ability to exercise, as well as everyday movement (i.e. getting up off the ground or out of a kneel). Within our first session I knew I was in the right place and even felt excited due to what we were discovering. Their process as muscle specialists is truly incredible. Jazz explained everything at a digestible level, consistently checked in to make sure I understood what was being said to or asked of me, and made me feel at ease throughout each session. After a few visits, and some luck in an early diagnosis (it stemmed from a sprained ankle 3 years ago), my knee is without pain! I can squat, lunge, and kneel without any discomfort. Intentional Fitness is such a great resource and I cannot recommend them enough.

I've been seeing Jazz now for several years and I cannot believe the difference in my body. He started working with me to fix my neck/shoulder pain, then plantar fasciitis and many more issues. I am currently on the other side of the program doing weight training and getting stronger every day. I wouldn't be where I am today if it hadn't been for Jazz. His unique expertise in his field makes him the top of his class. With his intuition, skills and caring attitude it makes for a healing environment like no other!

Physical fitness has never been a very high priority for me until recently. I hate to admit it but I took my body for granted. I figured as long as my diet was healthy, my body would also be. But, as with almost anything in this world, there are many dimensions, many facets. Jeremiah has been able to help me see the value of fitness. He sees what is going on from many different perspectives and he is able to communicate to me so that I understand what he sees. Then he determines what will help my body be most efficient. Beyond that, he is also able to explain the exercises that I need to do so that I can do them properly and gain all the benefit. I would like to send a bouquet of praises for Jazz Lewis and Intentional fitness. Jazz’s knowledge and expertise far surpasses and other physical therapy or coaching I have experienced. I have been a runner for over 30 years and recently experienced some injuries. Jazz doesn’t only address the injury but checks your whole system to see what actually contributed to the injury. He gives detailed “homework “ so you can further progress on your own time and encourages you to check in if you have any questions or difficulties with the exercises.
