I am really happy to have found Integrity Physical Therapy and Wellness. Tom is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and caring. I like that everything was individualized to my needs and my goals, not just to treat my current injuries but to strengthen to prevent/minimize future ones. Tom is also a black belt in Gracie Jiujitsu, it adds an extra layer of understanding of physical performance and maintenance. Integrity Physical Therapy and Wellness is definitely a hidden gem.
Tom is awesome and very knowledgeable, he is active athletic coach and its shows in his clear understanding of sports injuries and body mechanics as well as how to best correct them. My visit was fast fun and extremely helpful with him able to clearly indentify and communicate my problems and what was causing them. Extremely happy with his care and attention to detail in helping me recover!
