The staff is so nice and polite they get to you quickly couldn't ask for better people the doctor is also so and polite really listens to your concerns and he does everything possible to try to help with the situation you're in and test to figure it out what's really going on with your body and your health which is awesome best doctor I've ever had couldn't ask for a better person

Dr. Gilliland is an excellent doctor, and his staff are thorough, and pleasant to interact with in all facets of their job responsibilities. I highly recommend!

Dr. Gilliland is one the best doctors I’ve ever had. He really listens and takes his time and cares about his patients. The office staff are just as caring and compassionate. I would recommend this clinic to anyone. I wish I could leave more than 5 stars because they deserve it!

My experience with this Dr. was horrible. He literally said, “I will not prescribe this medication because of your mental health.” He also then proceeded to tell me that he has more patients on less medication than me. I’m sorry but isn’t it supposed to be a specialized treatment plan. Meaning one on one, not to put the patient in a group of totally different patients. I never had problems with the office just the doctor. I tried his way for 3months and still in pain because of my Cereal palsy and when I asked to try a different way this is how I was treated.

I can not say enough wonderful things Dr. Corey Gilliland, DO, MPH and staff. The most wonderful experience and so thrilled that my surgeon recommended him, for after 2 major surgery's. His pain management qualifications extend way past most. Dr. Gilliland is dedicated to his patients and only has their best interest to provide them with quality care and better life. The staff there is so caring, personal, professional, courtesy and strive for your visit to be a positive experience. Mine have for sure. He's a Veteran who served and 20 years of pain management. Very caring and compassionate along with being a real person. Only want's quality of life for his patients life. He and his staff are the real deal. Recommend to everyone you will not regret it. I am Kellie Player and thankful he is my doctor. Getting better every day and I know I am in great hands. My rate would be 100 stars. If possible.

I really like these folks as they're VERY friendly, professional & extremely courteous to the me. The staff as well as Dr Gilliland makes everything much easier to deal with my chronic pain issues. And everyone here is always willing to listen & tries very hard to put me at ease going thru this process. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for any & all of your pain management (especially chronic pain) issues.

This Dr. Is awful he only cares about the money not the person. They will set your pill counts up as a appointment just so they can get more money from your insurance and charge you a co-pay. I have never seen anything like this. What a scam! Don't waste your time. They got the one star review because there was no choice for zero stars. Also the redhead that works up front is a extremely unprofessional and rude! If you care about your health at all don't go to this Dr.

I'm not sure who the other patients who left reviews was seeing at this office, but my experience was far different. Dr. Guilliand seemed ok but the front office was a nightmare to deal with. Quite rude anytime I'd call, even though the doctor told me I could call if I had any issues. Apparently not a good fit, so I finally got into UAB; which this AAA office attempted to throw me under the bus. Professionalism is vacant at this office. I hope others don't experience what I did. So sad.
