Integrated Sports & Spine

My PCP gave me a referral to visit Integrated Sports & Spine. After a week of not hearing from them, I called them to schedule an appointment. They did not answer. No problem, I'll just leave a voicemail. My voicemail was never returned. No problem, I'll contact them through their website. Once again, my contact form was never responded to. I guess this company is fortunate enough to be in an industry where they can have absolutely terrible (and even non existent) support but can still stay in business.

I had been going to see Dr Feldman for awhile. He did a procedure on my back that changed my life for the better. I needed help again but the office makes you jump through hoops for a appointment and makes you get a referral from another doctor even though I was already a patient. What if you don't have any other doctor ?When you are in pain and can't move this is annoying. I called my insurance and they gave me a list of other doctors and the first one I called took my appointment no problem. This is what's wrong with how the system works. Don't go to this place.

I booked an appointment with Dr. Tracy to review some issues I was having with my hips. The office was lovely and the appointment started right on time. Dr. Tracy helped get my hip back in to place, diagnosed the issue, and gave me functional, easy to follow guidance, allowing me to circumvent this issue in the future. Great experience, highly recommended.

Integrated Sports and Spine was a good experience. I was nervous about the nerve testing but it's not too bad. Really. Dr. Tracy was great. Very personable and nice. He was able to determine the source of my leg tremor, and called me the next day with a little more detail. Who does that these days? I definitely recommend Integrated Sports and Spine and Dr. Tracy.

I had the worst experience with this office. They gave me injection that nobody ordered. I have two orders from one surgeon and I got the second option and got the same orders from the second surgeon. When I went back to the first surgeon he showed me the report that they gave me something he didn’t ordered. I tried to talked to office manager but she would talk over me showing me their internal papers. I had orders from both surgeons and neither of these were matching what they did to me.

No lie the wife and I were talking about moving out of state, and my response is, I can’t because Dr. Feldman is here. I’ve been coming here for 7 or 8 years, and I started when my back was killing me daily. I had seen a ton of doctors over a 6 month period, and no one could help me. Finally my PCP sent me here, Dr. Feldman looked at my MRI, found the exact spot that was bothering me, and when I got off of the table for the first time in 6 months I could stand straight. I immediately started crying and for those of you that know constant pain you understand the reaction. I’ve had pains in my ankle, and my trigger points and he has eliminated those as well. I tell him I don’t care if my pinky hurts, I’m here, he has literally saved my life!

This is an awesome and caring office. They consider your circumstances and put a plan of action together the proper way. Im very grateful for Dr. Feldman and his staff. I just had my first spinal injections done and the pain has already started to subside. Thank you for all you do.

Saw Stephanie Rutz PA-C today for the first time and was completely blown away by her great patient bedside manner, knowledge and patience. She made me feel so comfortable, answered all my questions. I would recommend her to anyone looking for someone that cares about their patients. Could not be more thankful for finally finding someone that could help me deal with my pain. Stephanie is exceptionally professional and takes her job so serious all while making the patient feel at ease!
