After an automobile accident, I required physical therapy. Integrated in Coventry was so convenient and close to home and Chris at the front. Desk is incredibly helpful and kind. As soon as you arrive, everyone knows your name and they are very accommodating. Megan was my physical therapist and talk about attention to detail, she was outstanding. I highly recommend this office and Megan as a physical therapist for anyone who has any type of injury. She is very knowledgeable and thorough. This was my first time having physical therapy, and it’s reassuring to know that it can actually be a very, very pleasant experience in the right environment.

First, I been getting PT for most of my life do to my disability. I have been going to local PT clinics when possible. My evaluation went well here, but unfortunately due to me being a max assist my goals that I wanted to accomplish, they were not able to accommodate me. They also made the comment about not having the right equipment to work with me, yet in the past some other places didn't either but were able to come up with fairly simple ways to address my goals. WHAT...can't accomplish my goals? Never been told that at any clinic, ever!!! I tend to work with more ortho PTs, then neuro PTs as well. Tried a different IR location, had a somewhat similar outcome; they helped but after 8 visits they said there's nothing more they can help me with. PROs: PTs are top notch at manual therapy. Know their stuff. No billing issues. Was able to get an appointment fairly fast both times, at different locations. Cons: They work best with Ortho patients or Sports injuries...Not well versed in Neuro cases. In my opinion, they are way too fast to discharge you. Can help but feel they just don't know what to do. Still try them, just my experience.

I am amazed how much better I am doing. The team here is patient and explains everything, answered all my questions and and encouraged me when thought I was doing horribly. Thank you all!
