Mark has been incredibly helpful and patient as I've explained the knee pain I've dealt with. They have taken the time to get to know me, understand my individual needs, and develop an individualized plan that not only targets the root cause of my knee issues but a preventative plan to help prevent future injury.

I've been plagued with poor knee stability for most of my life, especially after an extensive history of competitive sports and physical activity. Mark worked with me to develop a program that would allow me to integrate the activities I have always loved back into my life.
