I think Sheila is AMAZING. Unlike other myofascial release therapy I have had, this approach is very gentle. What’s surprising is how such a gentle touch can be so effective. I also like the holistic perspective. My problem knee was addressed directly, and yet also with attention to my pelvis, IB band, quads, lower back, neck and feet - all things that played into my pain. My knee is significantly better, and the time on her massage table peaceful and successful. Thanks, Sheila!
