Very happy with the care my wife and I receive at Integrated Medical Center and the time the doctor and staff takes with us when we visit. Friendly and professional as well. Dr. James tells us what he is doing and why. Excellent Chiropractor. We recommend them to anyone who needs Chiropractic care.

I highly recommend Integrated Medical Center to everyone. The staff is friendly, caring and knowledgeable. They truly care about their patients and their recovery. Dr James was very thorough explaining my injury and recommended exactly what I needed. Abigail, my massage therapist is amazing. She’s helping restore the movement in my body like never before. She’s given me so much information on how to help myself further my recovery. Megan is an amazing therapist as well. They have their own unique approach to therapy. Combined together they’re improving and healing not only my injury but my body’s range of mobility overall.

All the Chiropractor team is very good . All of them. I finally have the right place to get better.Dr. P has helped me out a lot . I used to live in Corona and I remember how he fixed me right up . He was so kind and really cared to fix me up, I got better right away. I was younger so I he put me back in place in one visit. I never forgot about how he helped me. Then I was checking out what Chiropractors were covered by my insurance and I saw his name and saw he had another office near me in Murrieta I remembered I never forgot the care I got in the past it was almost 30 years ago.I'm so happy to be back getting great care.

Dr Pirritano is the best! He has been my Chiropractor since he started practicing. Today, I had the privilege of being adjusted by Dr James, and am thoroughly impressed! Thank you for such excellent care!

The doctors in the staff are super kind and accommodating. My first visit was a walk-in cuz I had such a terrible tension headache from not being adjusted for a long period of time and from the stress and grief of losing both my parents. The doctors would not let me leave without being seen and helping me get rid of my tension headache before I walked out of the office. I felt so good after being seen. I literally was in tears cuz I felt so much better with no headache.

Integrated Medical Center have the best quality chiropractor, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. James is very knowledge, great experience, and very professional. He listened to pain complaints and addressed my concerns. His adjustment techniques were to great. I recommend the Wildomar office.

I have been going to their Wildomar location for years. A patient cannot go wrong by experiencing this highly professional facility. From their office staff, and massage therapists to their chiropractors they are all there to keep me healthy and happy! Dr Pirritano heads up the crew and is fabulous in all ways. Prior to your first visit, you'll fill out and submit your medical history. When you meet your Chiropractor they will be informed as to your history and current chiropractic needs. They are an excellent, pleasant group.
