I have never seen such rude staff in front and laughing at certain patients that come in and saying they are rude would be giving them a compliment. Reporting the front office to the Alabama Better Bureau office. This place is supposed to be place you can feel safe and relaxed in. Not made fun of. And terrible attitudes with people who need real help. It's so sad to say that the patients are 100% nicer and kinder than the staff. I feel like the office ladies need more mental help then the patients. You don't hire mean and rude people to work at a place like this. They all think and act like they are better than everyone else. I would never recommend ANYONE to this place!!! Absolutely terrible!

I’m not sure what has happened to my doctor’s office after IBH bought them out. My NP Hunter Hutchison, that I normally see, is excellent, but for some reason they can’t keep office staff. It took me three calls and finally going into the office to get an appointment because my neurologist wanted me on a different antidepressant. I finally got an appointment a few weeks later at 8:20 am and had to be at the office at 8:00. The doctor didn’t call me back until 9:00. We discussed my medication change and I thought he sent it to my pharmacy. By lunchtime it had not been sent and I was told to call IBH. I ended up calling two more times and my prescription didn’t get sent to my drug store that day at all. I guess we will see if I get it tomorrow or if I have to make another trip to the office. After being treated there for a number of years for a med check, I’m seriously considering finding another office.

My former doctor moved out of state. So I went to see this doctor(Ibilah). He talked me into changing my medication treatment that had been working great for years. I called back 2 days later and asked for help because I was not doing well with the change, and specifically asked for something to help with the insomnia that his new treatment plan caused. He refused to help in any way. I was in shock because my last doctor was so attentive to my every need. Please think twice before using this man! I would give him/them a zero rating if possible.

I have been with this company when it was mph and that was 5 years this August. The front staff have gotten way better. When I first started with them you hated to go to the front to check in. I have a wonderful person I see, Hunter Hutchinson. Very kind and personable. The only complaint I have is if you call to leave a message for your provider it doesn't get to them to return the call There is no one to take calls ,to actually talk to about a problem you are having or medications needed refill or anything. After hours you will never get anyone. This is very scarey to a person who needs someone. We don't call for the fun of it.There is a reason! Most of the time if you call during the day the phones wil just ring!

Employees aren't trained. Can't ever see doctors. Had to go 30 days without medication cold turkey because of an employee mistake, then they didn't believe me when I told them what I'd been told by other employees. Please, don't waste your time here. They don't care about you, and you're not going to get the medication you need. It's really worth getting an external evaluation and going to someplace like Gardenia Cove if you need ADHD medication. Please don't give this place any more business. I'm currently consulting my legal options on the matter.

The therapy sessions are more like career advice sessions and just make me more convinced life is pointless but also feel judged for feeling that way. "Don't you have a phone? Can't you use Google?" As if I haven't already researched things. Went in feeling pathetic, came out feeling more pathetic. Probably giving up on therapy, don't see the point in trying anymore.

This is the rudest office staff I have ever dealt with. I only went one visit and will not be returning. I also filed a complaint with the VA. The day I left the office on the first visit, the lady working informed me of an appointment on April 19th and printed out the paper with the appointment date and time. I had conflicting text messages saying one appointment is on the 17th and one appointment on the 19th. So I called this morning and asked was there a mistake with a double booking. She told me the appointments were for two different visits. I told her on the phone I was only aware of the appointment on the 19th and she stated I confirmed the appointment on the 16th for the 17th. I told her when the person called me, they simply asked would I be making my appointment that was scheduled. Of course, I said yes because I know about the appointment on the 19th. If this is how you treat patients especially veterans, then you should consider retraining your staff on how to communicate and to treat others. All the lady on the phone kept screaming is, "We'll bill you $50.00." Money is what they're concerned about and not about the patient.

Dr Freeman & Dr Harwood , who were dedicated physicians for over 30 years gave excellent patient care but sold the practice to big corporate. if you have a choice of another physician, I’d make a different choice if I were you.
