Integral Physical Therapy

I was having significant back pain and was referred to Integral Physical Therapy. Ian Nay, who is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, was my provider and did a wonderful job in guiding my recovery over a period of several weeks. By the time I left, I had regained my mobility, built up my strength and had a viable ongoing plan to take with me to keep myself in better condition. Outstanding!

I was a bit nervous to start physical therapy, but my therapist, Cody, at Integral Therapy made me feel comfortable right away. He took the time to understand my needs and tailored the exercises accordingly. He maintained a balance of professionalism and friendliness. My hips pain and mobility improved significantly. Thank you very much.

I worked with Ian over the course of several months to improve back and shoulder pain that I have had for years. He was very thorough and every session we would change up the movements based on how I was progressing. I am super happy with my improvement and can’t believe I am now pain free! Thank you!!!!

I will be forever grateful to have found Integral Physical Therapy. From the very beginning of my physical therapy journey Ian has been nothing but attentive and thorough with my complicated case. He explains in detail any questions or concerns I may have. His guidance has helped me go from a wheelchair to being able to walk with a cane! Karina is always cheerful and great to talk to about insurance and appointment making. All other physical therapists are always welcoming and everyone has a smile on their face. Ian was amazing with helping me recover from a running overuse IT band injury. He was able to answer all the questions I had and was great at keeping me motivated to get back to 100%. Not only am I much stronger than before I was injured, I now feel like I have the knowledge of how to stay injury free and what specific exercises I need to do to prevent muscle imbalances. Very happy to be back trail running full time again. Highly recommend Ian and integral physical therapy.

I love Michael and Cassidy - they actively listen and suggest stretches and exercises to improve my strength and balance and flexibility in the specific muscles and nerves where I have problems. And they’re great at helping me manage my pain. They’re always on time and I don’t feel rushed.

I have been going to the Thornton facility of Integral Physical Therapy for rehab on my total knee replacement that occurred at the end of October in 2023. I just 'graduated' as I completed my PT for this knee in January, 2024. I worked with Paul along with Angie and saw Michael too. These PT trainers are very good, know exactly what to work on to get you back into the best of conditions after your surgery, in my case. I really liked the personal touches that these trainers gave me. They're knowledge along with relating to me easily made the time spent at the facility go quickly. Paul is really great! I will be seeing them again in the near future as I will be getting my 2nd knee done, too. Thanks again for helping me to regain the use of my new knee. It feels great! Once again, these two professional Excellent attention to my concerns and a well equipped and clean environment brought me back. I really have received solid care with my concerns. I recommend this facility, as well as Paul and Ian very highly.

I gave Michael S. A 5 star rating! because Michael is an amazing Therapist, Michael has been working with me for 2yrs. Michael did not give up on me or pass me to someone else, he stayed with me for the 2 yrs he’s very knowledgeable, knows what he doing, he gains some knowledge about CMT, so he has some experience with CMT, if he comes across with someone with CMT, he’ll know! How to handle it! but he’s been great. We got to know got to know each other on a professional level and as well as personal level, , but now he’s leaving and I’m sad to see him leave! But my experience with Michael has been great! I Would not change it for the world! Thank you Michael for all you done for me! And not giving up on me! You’re the best therapist I’ve ever had!
