Integral Physical Therapy

So far so good. I have only had 5 appointments and the first was a consult not treatment. I am starting to see improvement but regaining bladder control after Prostate Surgery removal (due to cancer) can be a very slow process. I now have some hope that I will get it back. My therapist is really good and she makes me feel comfortable during a procedure. I also know that she wants a good outcome for me!

Lena Schmidt pretty much changed my whole life! I actively avoided going to PT for my pelvic floor for many years but finally went and I am so glad that I did! It has been pretty much the only thing that has helped my chronic pain. Lena is amazing she listened to me and helped me so much she always has suggestions of new things to try. Zenaida at the front desk is awesome too her and Lena worked hard to get more visits covered through my insurance. Overall I can’t recommend this practice and Lena enough and if you’re on the fence about going to PT—DO IT!!

Cody has been an excellent support in my healing journey. He has helped me attain skills and exercises that have improved my neck pain tremendously. He is very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing. Thank you for your care and support!

My first experience with physical therapy! They’ve been easy to schedule with and conveniently located! Cody is a great listener and provides a good workout and great feedback! The program has definitely helped me get stronger and back to yard work!

I have used integral physical therapy for many years for many different parts of my body. I’m happy to say it has always helped and they’ve always been easy to work with, gracious and very professional.

I haven’t been able to walk long distances due to bursitis in my hip. The physical therapy has greatly minimized my hip pain, Veronica is wonderful. We are addressing muscle weaknesses that support my hip with very specific exercises and it works!

Love Lena and I’m feeling so much better. She worked me hard but, it was worth it. I used dry needling and I’m happy with those results also. She helped me with my back and my legs both.

They facility and staff is great! Convenient times and location. Amanda was great! She gave me the confidence back to really work my knee and strengthen at home. My knee is feeling better than it has in over a year and continues to improve. Thank you Amanda!
